I am with you! But the enemy appears as an angel of light. It is not only books that have such deceptive titles. I have a friend ???, very well studied, Baptist pastor. He has preached to preachers and they receive him with open arms, as I did. He freely prays with those he meets at conferences and seminars, and was a wise conselor. He started going to some "questionable" seminars. I was not the only one who warned him. But he was 'only' attending, he knew how to discern the truth, and besides, ALL truth is His truth. The amount of deception he has accepted into his life is beyond belief, and he does not see it. He has gotten so far into it, that he slipped and called me a 'goddess' (rather than a daughter of the King), and he didn't catch the slip. I had to bring it to his attention! I don't know how to put into words the deception I have seen in him. It seemed so quick and so pervasive. But this IS what the enemy does. I think that these are warnings to us that we are no longer able to "think" something is of Him, but we must actually ask Him!! Books, people, TV, DVDs, everything it seems is not what it appears to be. We MUST start NOW, if we have not in the past, ASK HIM about EVERYTHING!! Thanks for bring this to our attention!! How very sad... Lord please bring this man back to his right mind and reason and save him from deception Lord Jesus..Amen....all we can do is pray...

To know a fake when he sees one. My problem is my experience is that people who don't beleive the miracles, signs and wonders, gifts of the Spirit and all these things are meant for us today just as much as they were back in the first century have a tendency to discount any ministry that utilizes these. For example, the note you posted above - as soon as he noted the charismatic worship in a negative tone, I could tell his whole judgment came from a pre-bias. To me, it was all over his words. So my request is for a reference from a source that I can't write off as - O, he just has a problem with Charismatics and Charismatic expression of worship and practice. Why do you take that as an insult? Let me ask you something. Do you believe Jesus Christ Himself would step out of heaven right into your living room? I'm not talking a Spirit....I'm talking solid mass, physical body, standing right in front of you in your living room. Do you actually believe Christ would do something like that? And no....it's not a vision. Jesus, the Son of God, the One who died on the cross.....physically standing in your living room. Do you really believe He would do that? I'm using "your" and "you" as a generalization. It could be anyone. So I'm not talking about you personally. A simple yes or no is all I need. You either believe it or you don't. Not only that, but what man does the Lord give angels at his beck and call.....please.....

well you might consider home schooling, and yes you can handle it cause greater is HE that is within you than he who is in this world.... remember we do not fight with flesh and blood.... and we are to bless and not curse....Jesus will give you the wisdom to handle this situation... and give you peace in the process....for those whose minds are stayed upon Him will be cast in perfect peace....and I know You are able to cause my fears to cease.......Jesus is greater than your fears, greater than your problems .... and He is magnified above the enemy himself.....
