Meekness in the worlds eyes is weakness, but in the eyes of God it is power and strength. Meekness is defined by the world as allowing people to run over you and use you as a doormat. Y'shua said you are blessed when you are persecuted and spitefully used and that we are to love our enemies, pray for them, and if they hit you on the right cheek to turn and give him the other cheek as well. (Mat 5.1-12, Mat 5.39-48) True meekness is the humility to restrain your anger/temper even in adversity. Its natural to lash out and retaliate in anger when someone does you wrong and spitefully uses you. When Y'shua was being beaten, slapped, spit-on, and falsely accused he did nothing to defend himself from them. The bible says he was like a sheep lead to the slaughter and opened not his mouth (Isa 53.7). Y'shua said his kingdom is not of this world or he would fight (Jn 18.36). The scriptures also call us to follow his example and also declares us as sheep for slaughter (Rom 8.36). We must recognize that we do not belong to this world and that we belong to a different and higher Kingdom. True meekness comes from God. Its the ability to restrain your anger and trust God to deliver you from your enemies. Its the ability to forgive and pray for them. We are not called to take up arms and fight in a worldly manner. Y'shua nor his apostles taught us to stockpile ammo and weapons to fight our enemies in a bloody combat. He has called us to follow his example to take up our cross and willingly lay down our lives for the Kingdom of God and if any man will not take up his cross and lay down his life, he will lose it. (Mat 5.44, Mat 10.38-39) It baffles me when I see so many Christians frightened (and rightly so) about their government and rushing out to buy weapons and ammo as to prepare for a battle with state governments. The bible teaches us that we are to submit to government authority's according to the flesh and to obey them as long as it does not violate God's commandments and that we are to pray for all those in authority (Rom 13.1-7, 1 Pet 2.13-14). Yes, there are times when you must obey God rather than government. When government issues orders that are directly against God's word we are to called to disobey those orders and obey God rather than government. One example was when King Nebuchadnezzar issued an order that you could not pray to any God but that you must bow down and pray to his statue. Daniel obeyed God instead and continued to pray to God. As one of Nebuchadnezzar's top advisors he risked not only his position but his life. This lead to Daniel being arrested and thrown in the the Lion's den which we know God delivered him and gave him victory over his enemies because Daniel was faithful to God unto death and God rewarded him as governor of Babylon second to Nebuchadnezzar. (Act 5.29, Dan 3, Rev 2.10) Rebelling against government in general just because you don't like who is in charge and because they do not fit your political preference does not give you a right to take arms and fight them or you may find your self fighting against God who establishes ALL those in authority (Dan 2.21, 4.17, Rom 13.1). Sometimes God places evil kings in charge to punish people for their rebellion as God did with Israel (Assyria, Babylon, Greece, Rome). Believe me, I am no fan of the leftist socialist government dictators but I will still pray for and submit to them if they are in charge as long as they do not directly violate God's word, but when the time comes when they say I can not speak in his Name...I will disobey. When they say I can not assemble with other believers...I will disobey. When they say I must inject myself and my family with poison for the greater good...I will disobey. When they say you must abandon your faith and submit to government...I will disobey. With all that said, I do believe people have a right to defend themselves from evil people. I believe a father or mother has the right and responsibility to protect their family from intruders, murders, and rapist even with deadly force. I do believe in the 2nd amendment that gives us the right to defend ourselves from evil people, but at the same time we are to do our best to be submissive to government's authority as long as they are not directly opposing God's commandments. Please read Psalms 37 of how we are to act in when evil people prosper over us.

Four Horns of Zechariah - Jerusalem Desolation to Come.
Jedi4Yahweh replied to Jedi4Yahweh's topic in Prophecy
Agreed. You also have to look up the meaning of carpenter, which means builder. The way I interpret it, the carpenters are the nations/kingdoms that God raised up to help restore/rebuild Israel or Judah from the horns that destroyed and sent them into exile. Babylon did not necessarily help rebuild but they did defeat Assyria which allowed some of the northern tribes to return to Israel. Persia defeated Babylon and allowed the Jews to return to Judea and helped rebuild the Temple. Most recently Western Powers/Allies helped return Jews to the homeland after many years in exile and reestablished the nation of Israel in 1947. The final carpenter will be King Y'shua when he gathers all his people from all nations and restores Israel completely to include all 12 tribes in the last days. Its interesting that Y'shua was a carpenter by trade. -
Four Horns of Zechariah - Jerusalem Desolation to Come.
Jedi4Yahweh replied to Jedi4Yahweh's topic in Prophecy
Yeah the Kingdom of Israel are the 10-tribes and Kingdom of Judah represents the tribes of Judah and Benjamin. So no, Assyria did not scatter the Kingdom of Judah but did scatter the Kingdom of Israel. I did not bring up the 4 carpenters. According to Zechariah the 4 carpenters are the nations/kingdoms that over threw the horns that scattered Israel. For instance Babylon was defeated by Persia whom liberated the Jews living in Babylon captivity. Persia would have been one of the 4 carpenters. Some say the 4 carpenters/builders are Babylon, Persia, Greece, Rome. I disagree I believe its Babylon, Persia, Western Powers, Kingdom of God. -
And I lifted my eyes and saw, and behold, four horns! And I said to the angel who talked with me, "What are these?" And he said to me, "These are the horns that have scattered Judah, Israel, and Jerusalem." Then the LORD showed me four craftsmen. And I said, "What are these coming to do?" He said, "These are the horns that scattered Judah, so that no one raised his head. And these have come to terrify them, to cast down the horns of the nations who lifted up their horns against the land of Judah to scatter it." - Zec 1:18-21 ESV According to Zechariah the 4 horns are the 4 nations/kingdoms that scattered/dispersed/exiled Israel from their land. So we know of 3 of these horns from history: Assyria in 733 BC, Babylon in 597 BC, and Rome in 70 AD. So the forth Kingdom/Nation to scatter/disperse/exile and desolate Israel is yet to come. So according to Zechariah their is coming a 4th dispersion/exile and desolation caused by the forth horn. Behold, a day is coming for the LORD, when the spoil taken from you will be divided in your midst. For I will gather all the nations against Jerusalem to battle, and the city shall be taken and the houses plundered and the women raped. Half of the city shall go out into exile, but the rest of the people shall not be cut off from the city. Then the LORD will go out and fight against those nations as when he fights on a day of battle. On that day his feet shall stand on the Mount of Olives that lies before Jerusalem on the east, and the Mount of Olives shall be split in two from east to west by a very wide valley, so that one half of the Mount shall move northward, and the other half southward. And you shall flee to the valley of my mountains, for the valley of the mountains shall reach to Azal. And you shall flee as you fled from the earthquake in the days of Uzziah king of Judah. Then the LORD my God will come, and all the holy ones with him. - Zec 14:1-5 ESV According to Zechariah's prophesy Yahweh will gather the nations against Jerusalem in the later days for a final battle and in the battle Jerusalem will be conquered by this forth horn/kingdom and the people of Jerusalem will be plundered, raped, and exiled from Jerusalem and on that day HE/King Y'shua will stand on the Mountain of Olives and fight for Israel. This is what Y'shua spoke of in Mat 24, Mark 13: "But when you see the abomination of desolation standing where he ought not to be (let the reader understand), then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains. Let the one who is on the housetop not go down, nor enter his house, to take anything out, and let the one who is in the field not turn back to take his cloak. And alas for women who are pregnant and for those who are nursing infants in those days! Pray that it may not happen in winter. For in those days there will be such tribulation as has not been from the beginning of the creation that God created until now, and never will be. And if the Lord had not cut short the days, no human being would be saved. But for the sake of the elect, whom he chose, he shortened the days. ... "But in those days, after that tribulation, the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light, and the stars will be falling from heaven, and the powers in the heavens will be shaken. And then they will see the Son of Man coming in clouds with great power and glory. And then he will send out the angels and gather his elect from the four winds, from the ends of the earth to the ends of heaven. - Mar 13:14-20, 24-27 ESV Just thought I would share how Zechariahs prophecy about the 4th desolation of Jerusalem lines up with what Y'shua taught in Mat 24, Mark 13, and Luke 21.

I dont believe those scriptures are exclusive to just those who had the their head cut off, but includes all saints who suffered for Christ. If we suffer, we shall also reign with [him]: if we deny [him], he also will deny us: [2Ti 2:12 KJV]
-
Yeah I used to lean that way as well, meaning that only the tribulation saints who overcame and did not give into the antichrist will rule and reign during the 1000 years, but I have come to believe otherwise in light of scriptures such as these: If we suffer, we shall also reign with [him]: if we deny [him], he also will deny us: [2Ti 2:12 KJV] And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth. [Rev 5:10 KJV] And Jesus said unto them, Verily I say unto you, That ye which have followed me, in the regeneration when the Son of man shall sit in the throne of his glory, ye also shall sit upon twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel. [Mat 19:28 KJV] And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him [was] called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war. His eyes [were] as a flame of fire, and on his head [were] many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself. ... And the armies [which were] in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean. [Rev 19:8, 11-12, 14 KJV] And to her was granted that she [the bride/saints] should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints. [Rev 19:8 KJV] Blessed [is] the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him. [Jas 1:12 KJV] Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown. [Rev 3:11 KJV] Its seems pretty clear that all the saints will rule and reign with Christ on earth during that time. Jesus told his disciples that they would sit on thrones and judge the twelve tribes of Israel and clearly they were not a part of the end times tribulation saints. Also, Rev 19 states that when Jesus returns from heaven to rule and reign that he will be followed by his army of saints who are dressed in the fine linen to rule and reign with him. Fine linen are for Kings and Priest. The bible speaks of God promising crowns to those who love him and endure suffering till the end. Crowns are for Kings that will rule with him and refers to the saints as Kings and Priest. Don't get me wrong I dont believe saint applies to everyone that claims to be Christian.

why was there an exception with David, when David was part Moabite
Jedi4Yahweh replied to john1's topic in General Discussion
Good question, which I dont have a solid answer for but I will do my best. Maybe it could be interpreted, 'up until the 10th generation they will not be allowed to join in the assembly of the Lord' which is Israel. Moabites were the descendants of Lot (Abraham's nephew) whom God saved from Sodom and Gomorrah and God went out of his way to to ensure their protection... And the LORD said to me, 'Do not harass Moab or contend with them in battle, for I will not give you any of their land for a possession, because I have given Ar to the people of Lot for a possession.' [Deu 2:9 ESV] ...but the Moabites feared Israel when they were trying to peacefully pass through their land and hired Balaam the Prophet to try and curse Israel and God in turn cursed them back. The way I read and understand it, they were cursed and not allowed to join with Israel for up to 10 generations from that time point. Maybe I am misinterpreting that, but seems logical. I am not sure how many generations had passed since Ruth came along, but maybe she was beyond the 10th generational curse. Either way, God has made exceptions such as Rahab the Harlot whom by God's command had to be killed because she and her family where one of the Canaanites the lived in the Promised Land that God ordered to be utterly destroyed, but God made an exception for her and her family. But in the cities of these peoples that the LORD your God is giving you for an inheritance, you shall save alive nothing that breathes, but you shall devote them to complete destruction, the Hittites and the Amorites, the Canaanites and the Perizzites, the Hivites and the Jebusites, as the LORD your God has commanded, that they may not teach you to do according to all their abominable practices that they have done for their gods, and so you sin against the LORD your God. [Deu 20:16-18 ESV] -
Thank you. I was trying to contrast repentance vs. backsliding and how God remembers your sin no more if you repent, but on the other hand if you backslide into a sinful life (the complete opposite is true) that God will only remember the wicked things you have done not the righteous. One is turning from a sinful life to a righteous life. The other is turning from righteousness life back to a sinful life, which is a different comparison then falling vs. stumbling, both of those would fall under backsliding.

Jesus never preached just believe. He preached repent and believe. Faith in God without true repentance is not real faith. Jesus: ...I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance. [Mar 2:17 KJV] I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth, more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need no repentance. [Luk 15:7 KJV] Apostles: And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations [includes Gentiles], beginning at Jerusalem. [Luk 24:47 KJV] Paul: Testifying both to the Jews, and also to the Greeks [Gentiles], repentance toward God, AND faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ. [Act 20:21 KJV]

Why is a child's jewishness determined by his moth
Jedi4Yahweh replied to wordsower's topic in Understanding Hebrew Roots
I think you mixing terminology of Jew and Israelite. Not all of Israel are Jews. The northern 10 tribes if Israel were never considered Jews because they did not follow the teaching and the customs of the Judeans. Much of the northern tribes were rejected by Jews because they intermarried with Assyrians and other gentiles and followed pagan religions and formed their own religion similar to Jews but mixed with paganism. Northern Israel had their own forbidden temple and worship sites. They became known as Samaritans and Jews had no association with them. And just because you lived in Judea and or belong to one of the southern 2 tribes of Israel did not mean you were a Jew either. It was based on if you lived according to Jewish teachings. A Jew could be anyone who follows the teachings and customs of the Jews and this could also apply to any tribe of Israel and also foreigners as well. For example Ruth who was a gentile became known as a Jew because she joined herself to the Kingdom of Judah and their God and is the great grandmother of King David and Jesus. On the other hand a Hebrew/Israelite is one determined by birth meaning that you were a decedent of Abraham, Isaac or Jacob and could be decided from either the mother or father. For example their were many patriarchs such as Joseph and Judah that had gentile wives yet their children were also called Israelites. Being a Jew is mostly related to being a follower of the religion and customs of the Jews/Kingdom of Judah. Again, not all Israelites belong to the Kingdom of Judah nor followed the teachings of the Jews and therefor not called Jews. Those who rejected the Jewish teaching were considered Samaritans, Sinners, Heathen or Gentiles even if they belonged to one of the tribes of Israel. -

The bible teaches us that if a wicked person repents of their wicked ways and lives rightly that none of their sins will be remembered and will live. On the other hand, if a righteous living person backslides and chooses to live in wickedness then none of their previous righteousness living they had done will be remembered only the wicked things they have done and will die. "But if a wicked person turns away from all his sins that he has committed and keeps all my statutes and does what is just and right, he shall surely live; he shall not die. None of the transgressions that he has committed shall be remembered against him; for the righteousness that he has done he shall live. Have I any pleasure in the death of the wicked, declares the Lord GOD, and not rather that he should turn from his way and live? But when a righteous person turns away from his righteousness and does injustice and does the same abominations that the wicked person does, shall he live? None of the righteous deeds that he has done shall be remembered; for the treachery of which he is guilty and the sin he has committed, for them he shall die. When a righteous person turns away from his righteousness and does injustice, he shall die for it; for the injustice that he has done he shall die. Again, when a wicked person turns away from the wickedness he has committed and does what is just and right, he shall save his life. Because he considered and turned away from all the transgressions that he had committed, he shall surely live; he shall not die. [Eze 18:21-24, 26-28 ESV] The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. [2Pe 3:9 KJV] For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning. For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known [it], to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them. But it is happened unto them according to the true proverb, The dog [is] turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire. [2Pe 2:20-22 KJV]

Agreed...being blessed by God covers all aspects (Spiritual, Physical, Emotional, Health, Financial, Family, Business, etc...) but most important of these starts with the spiritual aspect. With that said we must be careful to not let blessing become curses when they take precedents over our spiritual well being. The children of Israel lived in constant cycle of being blessed beyond measure, pride, sin, destruction beyond measure until they confessed and repented of their evil. Blessings: "Now it shall come to pass, if you diligently obey the voice of the LORD your God, to observe carefully all His commandments which I command you today, that the LORD your God will set you high above all nations of the earth. "And all these blessings shall come upon you and overtake you, because you obey the voice of the LORD your God: "Blessed [shall] you [be] in the city, and blessed [shall] you [be] in the country. "Blessed [shall be] the fruit of your body, the produce of your ground and the increase of your herds, the increase of your cattle and the offspring of your flocks. "Blessed [shall be] your basket and your kneading bowl. "Blessed [shall] you [be] when you come in, and blessed [shall] you [be] when you go out. "The LORD will cause your enemies who rise against you to be defeated before your face; they shall come out against you one way and flee before you seven ways. "The LORD will command the blessing on you in your storehouses and in all to which you set your hand, and He will bless you in the land which the LORD your God is giving you. "The LORD will establish you as a holy people to Himself, just as He has sworn to you, if you keep the commandments of the LORD your God and walk in His ways. "Then all peoples of the earth shall see that you are called by the name of the LORD, and they shall be afraid of you. "And the LORD will grant you plenty of goods, in the fruit of your body, in the increase of your livestock, and in the produce of your ground, in the land of which the LORD swore to your fathers to give you. "The LORD will open to you His good treasure, the heavens, to give the rain to your land in its season, and to bless all the work of your hand. You shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow. "And the LORD will make you the head and not the tail; you shall be above only, and not be beneath, if you heed the commandments of the LORD your God, which I command you today, and are careful to observe [them]. "So you shall not turn aside from any of the words which I command you this day, [to] the right or the left, to go after other gods to serve them. - Deu 28:1-14 NKJV Curses: "But it shall come to pass, if you do not obey the voice of the LORD your God, to observe carefully all His commandments and His statutes which I command you today, that all these curses will come upon you and overtake you: "Cursed [shall] you [be] in the city, and cursed [shall] you [be] in the country. "Cursed [shall be] your basket and your kneading bowl. "Cursed [shall be] the fruit of your body and the produce of your land, the increase of your cattle and the offspring of your flocks. "Cursed [shall] you [be] when you come in, and cursed [shall] you [be] when you go out. "The LORD will send on you cursing, confusion, and rebuke in all that you set your hand to do, until you are destroyed and until you perish quickly, because of the wickedness of your doings in which you have forsaken Me. "The LORD will make the plague cling to you until He has consumed you from the land which you are going to possess. "The LORD will strike you with consumption, with fever, with inflammation, with severe burning fever, with the sword, with scorching, and with mildew; they shall pursue you until you perish. "And your heavens which [are] over your head shall be bronze, and the earth which is under you [shall be] iron. "The LORD will change the rain of your land to powder and dust; from the heaven it shall come down on you until you are destroyed. "The LORD will cause you to be defeated before your enemies; you shall go out one way against them and flee seven ways before them; and you shall become troublesome to all the kingdoms of the earth. "Your carcasses shall be food for all the birds of the air and the beasts of the earth, and no one shall frighten [them] away. "The LORD will strike you with the boils of Egypt, with tumors, with the scab, and with the itch, from which you cannot be healed. "The LORD will strike you with madness and blindness and confusion of heart. "And you shall grope at noonday, as a blind man gropes in darkness; you shall not prosper in your ways; you shall be only oppressed and plundered continually, and no one shall save [you]. "You shall betroth a wife, but another man shall lie with her; you shall build a house, but you shall not dwell in it; you shall plant a vineyard, but shall not gather its grapes. "Your ox [shall be] slaughtered before your eyes, but you shall not eat of it; your donkey [shall be] violently taken away from before you, and shall not be restored to you; your sheep [shall be] given to your enemies, and you shall have no one to rescue [them]. "Your sons and your daughters [shall be] given to another people, and your eyes shall look and fail [with longing] for them all day long; and [there shall be] no strength in your hand. "A nation whom you have not known shall eat the fruit of your land and the produce of your labor, and you shall be only oppressed and crushed continually. "So you shall be driven mad because of the sight which your eyes see. "The LORD will strike you in the knees and on the legs with severe boils which cannot be healed, and from the sole of your foot to the top of your head. "The LORD will bring you and the king whom you set over you to a nation which neither you nor your fathers have known, and there you shall serve other gods--wood and stone. "And you shall become an astonishment, a proverb, and a byword among all nations where the LORD will drive you. "You shall carry much seed out to the field but gather little in, for the locust shall consume it. "You shall plant vineyards and tend [them], but you shall neither drink [of] the wine nor gather the [grapes]; for the worms shall eat them. "You shall have olive trees throughout all your territory, but you shall not anoint [yourself] with the oil; for your olives shall drop off. "You shall beget sons and daughters, but they shall not be yours; for they shall go into captivity. "Locusts shall consume all your trees and the produce of your land. "The alien who [is] among you shall rise higher and higher above you, and you shall come down lower and lower. "He shall lend to you, but you shall not lend to him; he shall be the head, and you shall be the tail. "Moreover all these curses shall come upon you and pursue and overtake you, until you are destroyed, because you did not obey the voice of the LORD your God, to keep His commandments and His statutes which He commanded you. "And they shall be upon you for a sign and a wonder, and on your descendants forever. "Because you did not serve the LORD your God with joy and gladness of heart, for the abundance of everything, "therefore you shall serve your enemies, whom the LORD will send against you, in hunger, in thirst, in nakedness, and in need of everything; and He will put a yoke of iron on your neck until He has destroyed you. "The LORD will bring a nation against you from afar, from the end of the earth, [as swift] as the eagle flies, a nation whose language you will not understand, "a nation of fierce countenance, which does not respect the elderly nor show favor to the young. "And they shall eat the increase of your livestock and the produce of your land, until you are destroyed; they shall not leave you grain or new wine or oil, [or] the increase of your cattle or the offspring of your flocks, until they have destroyed you. "They shall besiege you at all your gates until your high and fortified walls, in which you trust, come down throughout all your land; and they shall besiege you at all your gates throughout all your land which the LORD your God has given you. "You shall eat the fruit of your own body, the flesh of your sons and your daughters whom the LORD your God has given you, in the siege and desperate straits in which your enemy shall distress you. "The sensitive and very refined man among you will be hostile toward his brother, toward the wife of his bosom, and toward the rest of his children whom he leaves behind, "so that he will not give any of them the flesh of his children whom he will eat, because he has nothing left in the siege and desperate straits in which your enemy shall distress you at all your gates. "The tender and delicate woman among you, who would not venture to set the sole of her foot on the ground because of her delicateness and sensitivity, will refuse to the husband of her bosom, and to her son and her daughter, "her placenta which comes out from between her feet and her children whom she bears; for she will eat them secretly for lack of everything in the siege and desperate straits in which your enemy shall distress you at all your gates. "If you do not carefully observe all the words of this law that are written in this book, that you may fear this glorious and awesome name, THE LORD YOUR GOD, "then the LORD will bring upon you and your descendants extraordinary plagues--great and prolonged plagues--and serious and prolonged sicknesses. "Moreover He will bring back on you all the diseases of Egypt, of which you were afraid, and they shall cling to you. "Also every sickness and every plague, which [is] not written in this Book of the Law, will the LORD bring upon you until you are destroyed. "You shall be left few in number, whereas you were as the stars of heaven in multitude, because you would not obey the voice of the LORD your God. "And it shall be, [that] just as the LORD rejoiced over you to do you good and multiply you, so the LORD will rejoice over you to destroy you and bring you to nothing; and you shall be plucked from off the land which you go to possess. "Then the LORD will scatter you among all peoples, from one end of the earth to the other, and there you shall serve other gods, which neither you nor your fathers have known--wood and stone. "And among those nations you shall find no rest, nor shall the sole of your foot have a resting place; but there the LORD will give you a trembling heart, failing eyes, and anguish of soul. "Your life shall hang in doubt before you; you shall fear day and night, and have no assurance of life. "In the morning you shall say, 'Oh, that it were evening!' And at evening you shall say, 'Oh, that it were morning!' because of the fear which terrifies your heart, and because of the sight which your eyes see. "And the LORD will take you back to Egypt in ships, by the way of which I said to you, 'You shall never see it again.' And there you shall be offered for sale to your enemies as male and female slaves, but no one will buy [you]." - Deu 28:15-68 NKJV

I responded with same harshness you showed towards me. Correct, I dont believe in the Trinity at least in the way it is being taught. I don't believe God is three "persons" that form a single God. I do believe the Father, Holy Spirit and Y'shua are one and the same person/God, not three separate persons, beings or gods. Scriptures declare there is only one God and there are no other God or savior besides him. "I, even I, am the LORD [Yahwah], And there is no savior besides Me. [Isa 43:11 NASB] Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God [is] one LORD: [Deu 6:4 KJV] And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments [is], Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord: [Mar 12:29 KJV] Gen 1 says God created all things. Then we read in John 1 that Y'shua/Jesus created all things. This is either a direct contradiction or are they are the same person. In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. [Gen 1:1 NASB] He was in the world, and the world was made through Him, and the world did not know Him [Y'shua]. [Jhn 1:10 NASB] The mystery of the Gospel is that God came in the flesh [Y'shua] to save us from our sins. The God in heaven whom made all things is the same God that came in the flesh. If you dont believe this then you really dont know who Jesus is.

It does not change the meaning of the verse, that God has revealed his divine nature through his creation and can be known and understood though the things he created. Primarily man whom he made in HIS very own image and likeness. God is not some alien concept that can not be understood by humans. We are the very image and likeness of God. God is not hiding his divine nature as you stated that its too complicated for us to know or understand. If you believe God is three persons/Gods yet one God then you have invented a concept that can not be understood or explained. This is why you and others default to God is too complicated to understand when asked to explain. Yes, Godhead simply means divine nature as I stated and it does not mean Trinity as I heard you and others teach. As if God is some kind of union of three separate gods forming a single God.
-
See that is incorrect. For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, [even] his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: [Rom 1:20 KJV] The bible teaches that divine nature (Godhead) can be understood by what he created. God has revealed his nature to us by things he created. The bible clearly says we are created in the image and likeness of God. Why do we want to make a mystery out of God's divine nature? When he clearly revealed it to us.

You are going to get a wide range of beliefs on here. I personally don't agree with the way the doctrine of trinity as it is taught. I dont believe God is three persons or three Gods in one. The trinity is not taught in the bible yet has become dogma just as it was in the early Roman Catholic Church. The bible teaches that there is only one God. God created all things and the bible says the creator was manifested in the flesh (Y'shua/Jesus). The Spirit that Jesus gave up on the cross is the Holy Spirit. God is not three persons but one person manifested in the flesh and spirit. The bible teaches man was created in the image and likeness of God. Are we three persons in one? Well we do have a body, soul and spirit just like God but we are still one person just as God is one.

Thats not all true. Yes its true the Hyde Act restricts federal money to pay for abortions, EXCEPT when it threatens or endangers the mothers life to include rape and incest. So 80% of all abortions are tax payer funded. Are we to believe 80% of all abortions were due to endangerment of the mother's life or rape and incest???? How Planned Parenthood gets around this is by labeling most if not all abortions as endangering the life of the mother. They label emotional and financial stress of having a baby as a threat to the mothers life and well being in many states. Another loophole that Planned Parenthood uses to get around this is by charging all expenses of the abortion to the government except for the actually killing procedure of the baby. So they will charge for the bed, medicine/chemicals, medical supplies, instrument, doctors, staff, etc. just not the actually cutting or ripping out part the baby part. On top of that 17 states fully fund abortions not covered by Hyde Act using state medical tax dollars. https://thefederalist.com/2015/10/14/4-ways-planned-parenthood-has-billed-taxpayers-for-elective-abortions/

I loved reading the detailed account about Joseph in the Book of Jubilees and Book of Jasher and the tremendous temptations he faced but stayed strong and faithful to God and was richly rewarded.

Yeah I am familiar with Operation Paperclip. Look up Werhner Van Braun, Allister Crowley and Jack Parsons connection with NASA.

The same Wernher Von Braun who headed NASA space program.

Inspired in the biblical sense means its inspired by the Holy Spirit. Jude says Enoch prophesied the quote taken from the Book of Enoch. Prophesied means it came by inspiration of the Holy Spirit. Therefor we must take Jude at his word that Enoch was inspired by the Holy Spirit when he wrote the Book of Enoch. And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints, To execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard [speeches] which ungodly sinners have spoken against him. [Jde 1:14-15 KJV]
