  1. nothing is so far from the truth ; Pr 8:30 Then I was the craftsman at his side. I was filled with delight day after day, rejoicing always in his presence, Pr 8:31 rejoicing in his whole world and delighting in mankind. Uh huh! "Then said I, Lo, I come (in the volume of the book it is written of me,) to do thy will, O God." Hebrews 10:7
  2. They won't stop their agenda for that because it's not about evidence it's about power and whatever reasons, it's not about green house gases or weather.
  3. Still believe Mel is human. ;-)
  4. It's odd to me that you're surprised to find evangelical passion in any believer, anywhere, much more so on a ministry-based message board. Evangelical passion should be a believer's default setting.Touché, Chloe. {thumps up}
  5. Transgression equal's "Earth's Sabbaths", clarify please. The actual term is "land" rather than "earth". The Jewish word is 'erets' 2Ch 36:21 KJV - To fulfil the word of the LORD by the mouth of Jeremiah, until the land had enjoyed her sabbaths: for as long as she lay desolate she kept sabbath, to fulfil threescore and ten years. Transgressions equal Sabbaths of Lands, thanks for clearing that up for me.
  6. Word-Sword, is it that Coates that was a Bible School Professor from Texas? I did some research, No, too elderly to be the one I had in mind.
  7. Christ didn't come because he loved us, he came to obey the will of the Father. Of course, he does love the church.
  8. We serve "One God" expressed in three person. The SHEMA: "Hear O Israel, the LORD our God is One LORD" Shema, is the first Hebrew word for hear.
  9. "For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him." 2 Cor. 5:21 Christ might not have primarily come to become our Righteousness, but it is all part of God's plan.
  10. I'm good, brother, but I'm staying pat.
  11. Anyone up for round 2? lol Hi, Sister!
  12. The Holy Spirit is very God, the Creater and Maker of all things. He came to glorify Christ. He is the earnest of our redemption and whom which we are seal by.
  13. Word-Sword. I loved your post and I saw immediately that this was something. Keep posting!
  14. All things on Worthy doesn't edify, as some would define edification, we like to have fun sometimes, we post videos of cats slapping dogs, all in the appropriate forums. IMO, wanting to know just how a miracle comes to be, is none of our business and is poor science - mixing the infinite with the finite. IMO, this desire is meddling with God. That is all I can say in this medium.
  15. Connor, the Tabernacle in the wilderness had some "furniture" of priestly service. When they moved the Tabernacle, as directed by God, the Levites would cover the furniture with varied coverings such as linen, scarlet, and Badgers skin's (I may be leaving something out). God gave the reason, so that the people wouldn't gaze upon the Holy objects; God didn't wish to make the things of worship to him and make them objects of amusement and pointing the finger in awe and for public display. Connor, I think that you want to gaze upon the glory and power of God Almighty, in those things that he hides from view. Seek his face and not his ways. Love you in The Lord.
  16. We are finite and God is infinite, I think that your wanting to know what transpire at the molecular level doesn't edify or benefit us at all. He made known his ways unto Moses, his acts unto the children of Israel. Psalms 103:7 God's ways are higher than under a microscope. Molecule's are the creature, get to know God's heart and let how his miracles are preformed at one of the smallest building block of creation be God's business.
  17. Salty, you are on sifting sand in regards to this, friend. And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week; and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease. And for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate." Daniel 9:27 One week in the Bible equals 7 years.
  18. Matthew 24:21 - For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. Daniel 12:1 - And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation [even] to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.
  19. Scofield is a venerable, proven and much desired Theologian for his teaching, I will not cast him aside on your word.
