But now a company out of St Louise has developed an ink that will hold info and can be read from up to 4 feet away. Yes, God's commandment to Adam is in chapter two, but God's command to Adam and Eve regarding what they could eat (which also encompassed what they could not eat) is in chapter 1. God's commandment to eat is certainly in Genesis 1:29. By this we can be sure that the tree of the knowledge of good and evil did not have fruit which had seeds. They were given freedom to eat from every tree except the one tree that didn't have seeds. This is just another way to tell them what they can and can't eat. It is a command and it is valid. Again, arguing from a vacuum. God's commandment of what they could eat is not proof of His commanding what they could not eat. The fact is, in Genesis 2 God specifically commands Adam not to eat of a specific tree. Whether or not it had seeds is also not argued there. You go Ovedya! The tares represent saved Christians but have fallen back into a state of living in unrepented sin but we know it not and the wheat represents those Christians who stayed the course. They may have fallen or backslide but they got right back up, turned from their sin and continued down the path of living as righteously as they could. The tares are poisonous,bitter and turn black at harvest time and the harvest time represent the resurrection. When Jesus comes He will be coming as a judge and a bridegroom. I have NEVER seen this rapture discussion/debate come to a unanimous point of view...NEVER...sadly for us. We all take our "sides", we all stand on being "scripturally accurate" and we use every commentary and author that agrees with our viewpoint to make our case. All sides insist they are in possession of the "real" meaning of Revelation, and again sadly for us we will NEVER relent on the opinion that WE alone speak the Truth. So much trouble and unecessary disagreement disguised as sanctimonious righteousness. When Christ is coming does not matter, it is that He is coming. Try all you want to "decipher" the libraries of viewpoints on His second advent, but the timing eluded to by men is all conjecture. The Bible states very cleary in many places, as did Jesus about no-one knowing the time. (Matthew 24:50 The lord of that servant shall come in a day when he looketh not for him, and in an hour that he is not aware of...ring a bell?). All I am saying is that Christ instructed us to be busy doing His work, and that we should be found doing such on His return. Do you think that God wrote the bible so that ten people could read one verse and get ten different meanings from it? You know I once heard Jack Van Impy say on his show that the word "falling" in 2 Thess 2:3 meant falling up, but that intertretation of the word falling can not be found no matter how hard one looks and hundreds of thousand of people heard him speak that untruth and many believed it because it fell in line with what they want to believe instead of what it really means. I have heard Charles Stanley say " You get your name written in the book of life when you get saved" yet there is no place in the bible where it says that and besides Moses knew there was a book and he knew that his name was written in it and he never got saved. People always say that when we die we go to heaven and yet there is not one single place in the bible were it says that. We've another element of the account of the fall brought up which I've not seen discussed. Thanks for bringing it up. First though, can you explaine how it is that Adam was responsible for telling Eve, 'God told me that I must not eat of the tree of knowledge of good and evil.' No one has been able to answer my question. I ask because this is what is recorded that God told Adam not to do. On the other hand, God told them both not to eat or touch because Eve said that God told them both. Now the account tells us that both there eyes were opened but it doesn't mention her eyes opening intell after Adam ate. Adam though was the one who rebelled and sinned which was different from Eve by having been deceived fell into sin (1 Tim 2). What would have happened if only Eve fell into deception and Adam did not listen to her voice and break God's command? There are so many different versions of the bible out there tese days that I think that we sometime are in disagreement because we are reading from two different versions. I read from the Companion Bible whic is supposed to be the authoerized version of 1611 but I have discovered that it is actually a version that was authorized and re- written in 1629. In 1611 there were words used and spelled differently that are not in my bible. So with that in mind here is what my version says about what Eve said to the serpent. Gen.3:2&3 "And the woman said to the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden" 3 "But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden God has said , 'You shall not eat of it, neither shall you touch it unless you die". The best that I can tell is that nowhere in these two verses did Eve say that God spoke to her directly about the tree or the fruit. Actually it looks kind of open ended. It could have been God that spoke to her directly or it could have been Adam. I live by the principle of the fact that if it is not written in the bible it is not. So since these verses do not say specifically that God spoke to directly. I am going to hang with the fact that Adam was the one who told her not to touch the fruit or the tree because we know that somebody told her. I don't know what might have happened if Adam hadn't eaten the fruit but I do believe that Adam and Eve were ment to live for ever when they were created.

The statement "no one knows for sure" is a lie from the pits of hell and it is just what satan want you to believe. The word of God tells us to study to be proved which means that we are supposed to know what the word of God says when it comes to any subject including prophecy. Do you think that God put all of the book of Revelation in His book so we could egnore it? If you are going to be focusing on Jesus we need to be focusing on every word He spoke which includes Matthew 24, the whole book of Revelation, 2 Thess. Chapter 2 and all of the rest of the prophetic words He spoke as well as evrything else He spoke.

Here is the deal. If it is not written in the word of God it doesn't exist. So here are a few things that are believed but are not written in the bible. There is no written scriptural proof that the restrainer or "he who withholds" of 2 Thess. 2:6 is the church or the Holy Spirit, the words "seven years of tribulation" are not written anywhere in the bible, there is nothing written anywhere in the bible about any great revival that will take place after the resurrection nor is there proof that the 144,000 chosen Jews will be evangelists who will travel around the world re-evangelizing a new body of Christ after we are all gone. And lastly, if there are going to be seven years of great tribulation when does the wrath of God take place? There is no such scriptural proof of a pre-tribulation or a post tribulation resurrection written anywhere in the word of God I would challange any one who thinks that they can find in the bible that these doctrinal beliefs are infact biblically correct to write them on this thread. I have spent more then 8 years researching every single word in the book of Revelation and so far I haven't found any of proof of iether of these concepts. Not even the early church leaders of the first 400 years of the church believed in anything except a mid-trib resurrection which includes the writers of the new testament. And there are historical records to prove what the early church leaders believed.

Have you seen one of those commercials where everything is working smoothly in a fast food resturant until someone comes up to pay for their food with cash? Suddenly everything and everybody in the resturant stops and the message is that money causes problems. How much do you buy with a debit card instead of cash? Do you get your pay check deposited directly? Do you pay your bills on line? If you still do carry cash is it as much as you carried several years ago. Do you still write checks and if you do do you write as many as you did 5 years ago? If the answer to any of these questions is "yes" then you are being conditioned to except a cashless society when it gets here. When a cashless society gets here you will lose much of your freedom and your privacy, and that is a bad thing. You will be forced to give in to the system or you will be branded a criminal. I once saw a commercial about a man in a grocery store stuffing groceries into his trench coat. When he walked through first of the front doors all of these green light beams came out from the walls on both sides of this man and he stopped before he went through the second front door. At that point you saw a cop in the back ground and he walked up to the wall, pulled out a receipt and handed it to the man in the trench coat and saying to him "you forgot your receipt" The point here is that not only was the reading mechine (rfid reader) able to see all that he had in his pockets, it also knew who the man was and what bank and bankaccount to take his money out of and all he did was walk through the doors. When the cashless soceity gets here you will not even be able to by toilet paper without the government knowing about it. You won't be able to keep a job, give money to God, feed your children or yourself, have a bank account, go to the doctor or do anything without giving in to the system. You are right. I have seen illegal immigrants abused by other immigrants who employ them and Americans. I have tried to show them how to become legal but they don't really want to pay taxes and their employers don,t want to pay taxes iether. I have long said that if our government went after big business alot of this stuff would stop. But I think that it is too late. Take the story about the palite company. The feds raided this companies plants in several states and the company was forced to shut down because must of there workers were illegal and taken away. All of those positions were eventually filled by legal immigrants and Americans but that was only a few hundred people. Here in Georgia there are thousands of illegals working in the chicken plants all over the state. If they were all to be deported we wouldn,t be eating chicken for a long time because it would all go bad before it could be processed, and there would not be enough people to fiil those thousands of low paying positions. Now if we were to add to the whole, all of those aborted babies who would be of working age, which would be from 18 years old to 40. That would add another 22,000,000 Americans to the 150,000,000 Americans in the work forcem making the number 172,000,000 Americans in the workforce. (I hope that I am doing this right.) Now if we were to subtract those 5,000,000 illegals who are working from the 22,000,000 aborted Americans who would be in the work force that would leave 17,000,000 unemployed Americans instead of just 7,000,000

No they shouldn't be impeached. We have a publically praying president who would stop abortion if he could, who is fighting against stem cell research that uses fetuses, he publically professes to be a man of God and he is hated with more passion by more people then any president before him. Our government has become divided into two groups. The God fearing group and the evil group. He doesn't always make the best choices but he is doing the best he can under the circumstances. When you voted for him didn't you feel that little pushing feeling from God? I know I did which tells me that God wanted him to be in the highest office in our country. The democrates are doing their best to make him out to be a criminal and they are succeeding. And just for the record I do believe that he made the right choice when he ordered the invasion of Iraq and I do think that we sould keep a number of troops in Iraq for ever just like we have in other counties we have conqured. There are many who complain that the illegals are taking American jobs. But if that were the case then why don't we have massive unemployment?There are more then 12 million illegals living in America and most of them have jobs. The fact of the matter is that the reason they were able to come to America and get jobs is because there were positions for them to fill because there weren't enough Americans to fill them. We have been killing one million babies a year for more then forty years. That means that there would be one million more forty year olds living in America then there are today. There would be 1 million more 39 year olds living in America. There would be 1 million more 38 year olds living in America then there is today and so on. We have been killing off our work force for forty years thanks to abortions and now we are paying the price for doing so. While it is true that a percentage of these 40 million babies would have already died or would have been unable to hold a job for a number of reasons. The fact remains that we are creating positions for illegals to fill because we have killed an American, who would have been able to fill that position. No matter what religious persuasion you are. Facts are facts. I have on several occasions tried to put this point across to some of these pro-life organizations. But for what ever reason they don't seem to be interested in the fact that abortion is directly connected to immigration problems. Maybe some of you could also try putting this point across to the pro-life organization in mass. In the UK the government is now putting cameras on the hats of there police officers and they are in the process of putting micro chips in the back of the necks of thier armed services and expsct to be fully chipped by 2010. Europe is becoming a dark place (spiritually) and these people have know idea what possition they are puttinh themselves into because they are not embracing God like they were 50 years ago.

We must ask ourselves why did not God acknowledge Elihu IF he got it right? I use to think the same thing, and even when I read it I still wonder, but I have to see that God does not even acknowledge this dude. Why is that? I doubt seriously that Elihu cleared anything for God, I would say that God had to restructure the line of thought for each one. How much more could Job have taken. First to be blasted by his three friends then this young "stranger" is speaking his mind too. If God had not spoken (IMHO) Job would have snapped. The fact that God said nothing to Elihu who's name means "He is God or God of him" is actually a good thing because if God were unhappy with him He would had it written in His word. Read 2 Thessalonians 2:1-4. In verse 3 the word of God says "Let know man decieve you by any means for that day (the resurrection or day of Christ) shall not come unless there come a falling away first and the man of sin (the antichrist) be revealed the son of perdition." The fact of the matter is that the first three verses say that the day of Christ or the resrrection will not come until after the antichrist is revealed to be who he is to the body of Christ. Which means that the antichrist will be in the world doing what he does best, which is persecuting the people of God. We are not going anywhere until we have had the chance to choose between the things of this world or the things of God. If we refuse the mark of the beast we will be persecuted for it and will be enduring tribulation. But we will not be here to suffer the wrath (punishment) of God. Plain and simple like. The per-tribulation resurrection concept is a false doctrinal teaching and those who believe it to be truth are decieved just like verse 3 tells us not to be. If it is not written in the bible, it does not exsist.
