Your assertion was that I am only critical of liberal Israelis. My point was that I am critcal of conservative Israeli politicians as well. Stop trying to spin what I said just so you have something to argue with and actually deal with what I said. BUT...and it pains me to say this because of the way you treat people...You mean how I treat and respond to people who enter every discussion as if they are the end all/be all of the discussion and who think they know everything and do not spare the arrogance and egocentricism to impose that on their opponents. Maybe when you engage the discussions whithout acting like you know it all better than everyone else, we can have a more rational discussion. Maybe if you refrain from erecting strawman arguments abd actually learn how to correctly frame your opponent's position, you might have some semblance of credibility. I don't necessarily know if I agree that disagreeing with individual people and idea's is the same as being critical of a country... I don't think it takes a whole lot of commonsense and is not really hard for reasonable people to figure out that when I criticize "Israel," I am talking about the Israeli government and its policies and not the country as a whole. Normal people pick up on without any problem. Wouldn't it have been kool if you could have made that point without calling me an "ignorant bag of hot air?"Well then don't come into a debate acting like one. You consistently assign values and motives to my position (such as in the Nancy Pelosi comment) that I did not express or imply and argue as if that is my position. You are constantly putting your spin on my comments and it is very poor debate form. It makes it very hard to have a reasonable debate if I am constantly have to deal with someone who is trying refute arguments I never made. I thought that was pretty clear. You enter every discussion with the opinion that if you are more rude and beligerant than anyone who disagree's with you...no one will argue with you. You try to overpower every desenting opinion so as to drown it out. I enter discussions with an opinion...just like I did in this discussion. When your off-base attempts to dissuade my opinion failed...you went right into attack mode. its called "argument from intimidation." Even though my opinion was clearly borne out to be valid as many agreed with my position around the world and even in Israel itself...where the leadership of Israel publicly and privately apologized for having done EXACTLY what my not-so ignorant opinion said! You are like a Toyota Prius...you desperately want to be the status symbol for your cause, but once you press the gas pedal you never know if someone is going to get run over. The only difference is that the company execs don't recall you and try to figure out exactly what your malfunction is before putting you back on the road again.
