The Obama administration has decided to sue Arizona over the state's controversial immigration law, according to Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton. The Justice Department declined Thursday to confirm such a plan.

Arizona officials have urged the administration not to file suit, and Gov. Jan Brewer ® said in a statement Thursday: "If our own government intends to sue our state to prevent illegal immigration enforcement, the least it can do is inform us before it informs the citizens of another nation."

Yeah... well it seems that the current administration is more concerned about catering to other nations than it is about listening to the concerns of this country's LEGAL citizens.

45 minutes from home, the feds have put up signs warning against travel into central arizona, that it is a human and drug trafficking corridor and highly dangerous. This is 100 miles from the border of mexico, just 30 minutes or so south of phoenix.

We should sue the feds for not defending us.

Impeachment wouldn't work; you can't overturn any part of government, such as the DOJ, because they file a lawsuit. Impeachment proceedings can only be brought against an elected individual. The answer is to file so many lawsuits against the DHS they become immobilized. Why do we need a DHS anyway? What are their accomplishments?
