Where did I say I was voting democrat? I've always voted republican....not this time around; that still doesn't mean I'm voting democrat. I don't think George Bush represents God's values; I think he lies.

Do you understand my position now Trinity? I don't see why professed Christians CHOOSE NOT to look beyond the rhetoric and the outright lying. When democrats get caught lying we don't let that go. Why should we treat Bush any differently?

I'm upset about the BIG lie, that has caused over 900 American soldiers to lose their lives, and thousands to be maimed. I don't need 10 excuses, but I'm sure if I started a thorough investigation I could find more than that; he is, after all, first and foremost a politician. Bitter unforgiveness? I haven't heard him ask for forgiveness. All I've heard coming from him amounts to "I've done nothing wrong". Sheesh? WHAT would he have to do for you to stop making excuses for him?

I personally have not heard a good solution to the problems from either a dem or rep canidate. In fact the only solutions have been put forth bu Libertarians or the constitution party.

We are fighting another Vietnam, maybe on a smaller scale but the effect is the same. The problem is the terrorists are not going to go away, they are being replaced faster than they are killed. We need another approach.

My guess at this point is that I have a better overall "understanding" of how we got there than YOU do, and I'm not even finished "digging". IMO it is you and many others who have their head in the sand and refuse to listen; too much "party" loyalty can be a bad thing. - I'd say Bush's leadership has ALREADY been disasterous for the US; though I can honestly say I think it would only be slightly better under Kerry since he doesn't have the Cheney baggage and he's not perceived as "losing it mentally". 20/20 hindsight is not needed now? You can't be serious. Haven't you ever heard the saying, "Those who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it"?

I'm going to read the 9/11 report as soon as our local library gets a copy. Have you read all of it SJ?

I've read all of it and the recommendations of the 9/11 committee are pretty dumb. They still don't offer a solution to the problem.

It has to be known that you can be conservative and christian and not like Bush. Just because you do not like Bush, does not mean you support gay marraige and abortion.

Party loyalty has absolutely nothing to do with...I've seen the facts, and they are crystal clear...I stand by what I said...
