Im afraid that the judge may be bullied into ruling against arizona.

This should just about be the last straw in a long list of them. If Arizona loses, millions will be infuriated. If they win, millions will be further emboldened to challenge the central government. State laws trump the federal government's, according to the Constitution, which does state that Washington has the duty to protect and defend the borders. (It does NOT state that states can't do it themselves.) The feds are, however, seriously derelict in their performance of that duty. And exactly what foreign policy does this affect? Our relations with Mexico? What relations? They take, we give.....that does not a relationship make.

This is one of the more in depth articles on yesterdays hearing. The judge is an appointee of bill clinton. That is making me a teensy bit nervous.
