How does what they're saying line up with what's been said? Do you're research, take nothing at face value. My thoughts exactly.

Did God call up the wrong number?.....opps!....mistake go back. Or, does God favors some to the point that He gives them a sneak peek? If we are suppose to be developing faith (TRUST), why do we need proof of an afterlife? Isn't His promise good enough. Also neither the place of eternal punishment or eternal reward are in place yet according to a read of Revelation. So what is actually available for preview if someone should "crossover"? Why does having a near death experience have to be about proof or faith? Jesus raised people from the dead. What do you suppose happened to them in between death and being brought back? Book claims heaven is real Colton Burpo's recollection of the events that took place contradict the Word. Explain please. What was contradicted? I purchased the book last month. I have read it, South has, and half of my home group. Believe it or not, it is a wonderful, encouraging read, and an easy way to spend an evening or two reading. I did not find anything that contradicted the word to any degree in the book (which is still doing the rounds of our home group)

Sure it sounds nice and interesting, but the detailed stories never match up with scripture. I'm not saying it can't happen. I would just use great caution in believing any of these stories. Even satan can disguise himself as the angel of light.

'Everyone has wings and can fly except for Jesus, who hovers up and down. Everyone wears a white robe crossed by a sash of different colours and they have lights above their heads.' 1 John 3 2 Beloved, now we are children of God; and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be, but we know that when He is revealed, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is. dailymail.co.uk Here's something I found interesting. Mr Burpo is a garage-door salesman who volunteers as a school wrestling coach and local fireman. He is also pastor of the Crossroads Wesleyan Church in Imperial and many wonder how much their religious home life may have influenced his son. His schoolteacher wife Sonja, initially had their doubts about their son
