Keep the country intact, I would like to visit there someday. There I go again, adding something on my "things to do" list.

The earthquakes are increasing and have started to rock other parts of the south island as well. As to your question andy, I also wonder if it's God speaking. This country has turned its back on the Lord and people are living recklessly and give no thought to God. I am generalizing yes, but have not been proven wrong, yet. However, as long as there is God, there is hope and the mission field in NZ is vast and the labourers are few. From other side of the ditch. NZ is the host nation, and Christchurch one of the central venues. It must be tough on the organizers to have to juggle venues, etc at such a late stage. We are praying for you, because NZ does seem to have been hit hard of late. The fact that our Springboks are going to hit you hard as well must be a concern

NZ have tossed The Lord out of the schools etc, they permit many ungodly practices there, marriage is just a piece of paper, the unsaved who shack up together have equal rights to those who are married...need I go on. Most definately the Lord is dealing with NZ. I feel so sorry and pray for all those who have suffered in the earthquakes and other disasters there, many have lost much but more than that I earnestly pray for their souls...facing eternity without Christ is too terrible to contemplate. Those who are believers need to humble themselves and pray ...so that the Lord will heal the land and souls will be saved.

I have been praying so long asking the Lord to please bring fellow Christians my way at work - I work for a very large organisation - and everyday I hear the scoffing, mocking, blaspheming and I wonder how long will God be patient. It's not just at work, it's everywhere. Christians in this country are only a tiny handful. How long Lord, how long....
