And in it being used in relation to Gods nature, That is: God is devine/perfect/without fault. Deity is defined as something that has controll over parts or all of mankind or the natural things of the earth. Beyone that takes a lot of looking into in each usage, for the context is the only real way to know for sure what is being said. Also all places it is mentioned concerning a person or subject should be looked at to make sure they all agree. This is no simple question.
