Come to a Quaker meeting we, at least in traditional meetings, have no hierachy of pastors. We come together as equals and all regardless of age or gender have to minister if they feel called to do so.

Plymouth Brethren has much the same format, if I recall. Not even sure if the PB still exists a denomination.

I could be wrong but think they are now called, "Exclusive Brethren".

There main base is in Australia; in the UK I think there are about 14000.

Most of the information about them seems to come from people that have left the group or have been asked to leave.

And what do they do with this leading of Scripture

Eph 4:11-13

11 And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists,

and some pastors and teachers, 12 for the equipping of the saints for the work of

ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ,

Oh great one more choice of denomination... that's was what we needed :) Love, Steven
