Reflections: Have you ever thought what to do with your worries and anxieties of life? How many times you tried to solve your problems, by our own strength? Many times you failed, maybe you did not understand your failures, and because of this your worries and anxieties become heavier and heavier. Have you ever thought, of casting all your anxiety upon Him, the Lord? At least He cares for you, and knows what you are suffering from. He is waiting to carry your anxiety, and set you free. I can't count the number of times I have allowed my anxiety to get the better of me.. I do believe that I have been getting better with it.. I'm just not where i'd like to be yet.. I mean, I take a problem to the Lord - but really all I'm doing is screaming my emotions out at him...which include thoughts and feelings that are not grounded on faith. And yet when I try to speak faith into the situation . . . new surges of fear and doubts and emotional turmoil real out all over again. So how does one overcome this? What I battle against is my flesh. No amount of worry will ever change an issue.
