With his "bayonets" comment Obama proved once again that he's not only clueless about the military, he doesn't care that he's clueless. It's almost as if he knows he's not going to get their vote anyway.

And as a former army infantryman, may I say ... he's right. Don't let the door hitcha where the good Lord splitcha, Barry! :happyhappy:

Well, the US Navy's been around longer than the US Army, so ships were around before horses and bayonets/infantry. Once again, arrogance and ignorance go hand in hand with PBHO. That was a pretty condescending statement he made towards PCMR, obviously the Governor knows we don't use horses in combat anymore.

The point is, and PBHO did a great job changing the subject, our Navy has gotten smaller under PBHO's administration. With fewer ships, our Navy is deploying further and for longer periods of time, this is not good for our national defense.
