Once again, arrogance and ignorance go hand in hand with PBHO. That was a pretty condescending statement he made towards PCMR, obviously the Governor knows we don't use horses in combat anymore. The point is, and PBHO did a great job changing the subject, our Navy has gotten smaller under PBHO's administration.
