Employers will pay lots of money to implement it. Then if taken to court they cannot get back any attorney fees if they prove their innocents, while the plantiff will be allowed to collect attorney fees if they win. They put all the fees on the employer to implement different stuff then wonder why we have no new jobs being created. What do you all think??
