It is not the kind of thing you would normally phone the emergency services for, but for one man 999 was where he turned when he got a fly in his ear.

The list is absolutely astonishing.  :lightbulb2:

From a  woman who asked whether the green part of a potato was poisonous,

to mother whose daughter had drunk water from a dog bowl.

Oh , but wait,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, they all come from Wales  :24:

Ok, when I am reading about lavabread, I am thinking it is a rich dark brown cake like bread. I tried to find it on the internet, thinking I might like the recipe.

Instead I find

' :hmmm: Laverbread or ‘bara lawr’ in Welsh is an important traditional food of historical value. A national delicacy made from seaweed, it is washed and then cooked to a soft greenish black paste. Made from laver, one of the most nutritious varieties of seaweed, laverbread is full of health benefits. Rich in minerals and vitamins, full of protein and low in calories, this is a real superfood. A rare plant source of vitamin B12, it is also full of iron and iodine.'
