People beware. When does private chat or private messaging become a criminal offense? Is it exchanging photos via e-mail, exchanging personal e-mail? Is venturing to go out in meet someone you never met before online and not really knowing who they are or what they want? Or is something you just approve of the seems out of the ordinary? How do we protect ourselves and children particulary from these offensive behaviors of online predators?

There are programs that will let you track where they go and what they write. You can do that either up front or behind their backs. You can't watch them when they are at their friends house so you should be concerned and get to know their friends parents also. As for yourself or adults, I am not sure how I would handle that. I've been married for 34 years and a bit rusty on those kinds of things.
