Reader Question: Where do you get that Sept. 23, 2015 is Jubilee (of Jerusalem)? Great question.

First of all, it is important to know that God is not working on our Gregorian calendar but He is rather fulfilling His Word according to the calendar that He established, which is a 360 day year (as opposed to our 365 day year).

In order to understand His times and seasons, we need to be aligned with His calendar. That having been said, when we look at the Jubilee in Leviticus 25:8, it states,

"You shall count seven weeks of years, seven times seven years, so that the time of the seven weeks of years shall give you forty-nine years.

 

 

49 years multiplied by 360 days equals 17,640 days, a full Jubilee cycle.

While we cannot exactly calculate the Jubilee of the world, we can calculate the Jubilee of Jerusalem because we know that it was miraculously recaptured by Israel on June 7, 1967.

You can see on the prophetic calendar I put together, that September 23, 2015 is marked a pivotal date. That day marks exactly 17,640 days from the date June 1967. Not only does September 23, 2015 mark the Jubilee of Jerusalem but also falls on the holiest day of the Jewish year, Yom Kippur (the Day of Atonement)!

Normally the trumpet is blown on the Feast of Trumpets, but if we continue reading in Leviticus, we can see that on the Jubilee year, the trumpet is ALSOto be sounded on Yom Kippur!

(Lev 25:9) Then you shall sound the loud trumpet on the tenth day of the seventh month. On the Day of Atonement you shall sound the trumpet throughout all your land.

(Lev 25:10) And you shall consecrate the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout the land to all its inhabitants. It shall be a jubilee for you, when each of you shall return to his property and each of you shall return to his clan.

 

 

WOW. God's word is inerrant. His timing is perfect. There is none like our God, the God of Abraham, Issac and Jacob and His Son Yeshua our soon coming Redeemer. If you don't yet have a shofar, better order yours now… better yet, come buy one HERE IN THE LAND! :)

      You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

      Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

      I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

      For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

      2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices. 

      So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

      Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end. 
      Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house. 

      Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

      As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

      Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
      Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

      So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
