Seeing as my topic was closed before I can answer...ILL POST IT IN A NEW ONE:)

to: Super jew:no its not justifiable. (PRAY for those who persecute us, or anyone else for that matter, Im not saying its easy, but that is what we are called to do )

to: why so blind: no, Jesus was not wrong, he was driving the hypocrites out of Gods temple (but whats that got to do with war?)plus HE WAS GOD:::WE ARE NOT!!( the bible says that the anger of man does NOT bring about the righteous life that God desires). About Romans...that is referring to criminals and not war. " for he(those who are in power) is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil" ...So youre telling me that America is the minister of God. , (they got rid of the ten commandments...HELLOOOOOO), About hitler...ofcourse he was an antichrist, but if every country would truly follow Jesus...God would not raise up a power (like hitler)to punish His children for forsaking Him.

to: constant: Think about the real reason america went to Iraq...OIL...they need it BAD, besides that, they are the ones who put Saddam Hussain in power, he was there puppet, and when he started raising oil prices and threatening not to provide the USA with oil, well obviously they couldnt let that happen. Sure...Saddam Hussain has commited heinous crimes against humanity, but it happens in many african countries aswell, but you dont see america rushing in to save any of those countries.)

to: Big steve: no...not by killing those who are created in image of GOD (we are all created in the image of God) Jesus said that him who is without sin, let him cast the first stone( BOMB, PUNCH, GUNSHOT IF YOU WILL). Why do we doubt the power of God, If we all truly believd in His power, he could protect us by simply sending His angels, why do we always think we have to take matters into our own hands.

to: Mousy: I think that most are afraid to die...they are afraid to lose what they have in this world(which ultimately counts for nothing), they are afraid to suffer persecution, as am I...but I will not retaliate (God help me, for I am not able to do this in my own strength), why are we trying to save flesh??? Is it not the souls we are supposed to be saving, even praying that God would forgive and save Saddam Hussain, for he knew not what he did. Jesus taught that nomatter how bad things get, we are to LOVE, and FORGIVE, His life was a testimony to that, IF Hitler came ad destroyed america, and you died, if everyone died...what would they have lost??? NOTHING, THEY WOULD HAVE GAINED THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN. We need to let go of the cares of this world and start living in the KINGDOM OF GOD:::NOW!!!(you no what I mean, I'm not saying that we all need to kill ourselves..please?Kingdom living...the fruits of the spirit?) God is more than able to bring this about if we would simply believe and actually LEAVE our life of sin, and only focus on HIM(that is what true repentance is.) Obviosly it cannot be done in a day(yet all things are possible with God)but we MUST STRIVE TO LIVE HOLY:::PURE LIVES. DO AWAY WITH ANGER IN OUR OWN LIVES; GET RID OF UNFORGIVENESS.

to: Yod: Is the government not made up of INDIVIDUALS, so Jesus' teachings only apply when we are on our own , but as soon as we are together, then He must sit down and we must do it our way...is that it! If the president claims to be a christian(which means He believs in God), the country claims to be mostly christian (which means they believe in God) how do they manage to leave God out of the picture when it comes to war, as a christian effort you must belive that going to war is Gods will(hence it then has to be in the name of God, maybe not shouted from the roof tops...but thats what you are saying.) I did say("Jesus taught that if someone hits you on the right cheek( cant remember exactly which cheek comes first...sorry...but you all know the scripture) we are to turn to them the other also( not hit them back), he also taught us that we should LOVE our ENEMIES and PRAY for those who persecute us (not go to war with them). Does that reference not sound a little different than going to war and KILLING people.
