Is the holy spirit built in us as we profess Gods salvation ?

Here is a great question, and this is what I think , for as we were created by our awesome God, we are made up of genes and dna and voids and chemicals and all that good stuff,

 now the life of the person is in the blood, and by the blood we are saved and we live, but by the spirit of the person is where we see our heart is , and the words that we speak comes from the heart, and so as God has breath life in to our bodies we become a living soul,

so I think we can all agree to this point ? maybe, okay ?

so as a human born to sin ,by adams fall we are sinners, but we are saved by grace through the working of the holy spirit , that fills us when we accept God as savior and lord of our lives ,

so what if we already had Gods holy spirit with in us when being created and that void is empty , until the time we confess and it opens that void in us and fills with the holy spirit ? then we are born again spiritually, ? and saved through the grace of Jesus , now if you reject the God of salvation, that void with in us does not open to fill with the spirit of the holy one or the holy spirit , because we rejected it , so the reason I bring this up is interesting ? please here me out, and here is why I say this

for he books were open on judgment day and we have to give a account on all that we have done and every idle word we are responsible from the beginning to the end of our lives, for those that was written in the book of life enter into Gods rest , and for them that rejected or the blasphemy of the holy spirit was sentenced to death for refusing to accept Gods word and salvation, of the indwelling of the holy spirit , stay with me, now ?

in Daniel  He is telling God in the psalms 51 Daniel is saying create in me a clean spirit ,in verse 10 , 11 renew a right spirit with in me,

11 cast me not away  from thy presence and take not thy holy spirit from me , restore unto me the joy of thy salvation

so you see I think we have it with in us, and we can forfeit it if we reject , and have our names crossed out of the book of life,

I pray this touches others , so we know its not by our works , but confession of our lips and to believe in faith and believe He is able to save and forgive us, and bring us into the salvation and the fold of the people for His kingdom                    amen ?
