Genesis 22:18 and in your offspring shall all the nations of the earth be blessed, because you have obeyed my voice. Genesis 26:5 because Abraham obeyed my voice.. Exodus 19:5 Now therefore, if you will indeed obey my voice.. Deuteronomy 26:14 ... I have obeyed the voice of the Lordmy God. I have done according to all that you have commanded me. Jeremiah 7:23 But this command I gave them: ‘Obey my voice, and I will be your God, and you shall be my people. Behold, their ears are uncircumcised, they cannot listen; behold, the word of the Lord is to them an object of scorn; they take no pleasure in it. when i did ask - why You talk with me? Father told me once - if whisper is low voice, how low is "low whisper". sometimes its so quiet, that i know what to do, but not always realize words, that bring knowing. just like thought, yes. lower then whisper.
