Perfection is how God intended. Animals are created as God intended and are damaged through man's treatment of them but they survive on instinct given by God, not free will. So any animal with no contact with humans is perfect. Adam was given the job of naming and caring for animals but he brought imperfection into the world when he sinned the first time through his own free will. Humans are now born imperfect although this is not how God intended it to be and in order to rectify this sin Jesus had to come and pay the cost for the sins committed by us all. This has allowed us to receive forgiveness but we remain imperfect until the second coming when the dead will rise, believers will be given a new body and a new heaven and earth will be created. Until then we must repent of our sins, pray continuously and seek God in all we do so that we can have a solid relationship with God, as he intended us to.

Spiritually we are perfect once we are saved as the Word says in 1 John 4:17. We still have this wicked flesh to deal with in this life however that is NOT our true identity once we are saved.

That is simply put. To put less would be a partial answer. That is a simple yet full answer.

That is completely unanswerable.  There are as many idea about what constitutes "perfect" as there are people.  You won't get a solid answer.

We are declared perfect and righteous through the blood of Christ, not because any of us are perfect or can be perfect without Him.

Animals are not perfect.  The sacrifices of the Jews had to be inspected carefully to be sure they were without spot or blemish, the most perfect they could find.  But only the Lamb of God Who takes away the sin of the world is perfect or even good.  Only God is good.

The word perfect in the Greek often meant mature or complete.

We are told not to compare ourselves with others of our own kind, so it doesn't make sense to try to compare unlike sexes or species either.  Each has a different purpose in God's plan.
