She sent podesta to give a rah rah speech while it was still "up in the air". Then later called to concede. While I think it wasnt the best thing she could have done, I wouldnt be surprised if it was because she was exhausted or showing signs of the same health problems that concerned folks earlier this year. Voters may have assumed (and rightly so) that it will no longer be business as usual on Capitol Hill. Therefore GOP congressional members are really riding on the coattails of Trump, and will adjust accordingly. They did adjust to Obama instead of opposing him.
