while that is true, there is waste and even fraud in most all government, we still have cut our military back way way too much if we are going to try and be the top dog in this world......      we might question being top dog, for there are many many pros and cons to consider there.

We already spend as much on our military as the next highest 8 countries do, IIRC. At what point so we say we're spending enough on our military? If we're really interested in reducing government waste, then the military shouldn't be exempt from scrutiny.

but we are the military for whatever you want to call that group that heads the world....    we have to stay top dog to keep them in power.
