The verses jump all over the place and don't make for a consistent intelligent narrative . Another thing I've heard is that the full import of its message only arrives in knowing the native Arabic language in which it was originally written . In any case, Muhammad borrowed from Judaism and Christianity to fabricate his own ideology. World conquest afforded on two prongs. Religious and political. And one that like Christianity and Judaism will fight to the death for supremacy. The world has seen this drama play before. The crusades. It's like groundhog day, the movie? The Talmud has two components: the Mishnah , written around 200 AD, and the Gemara , written around 500 AD. That wold be like pointing to any man made book as being equal with scripture.
