He was having problems with his girlfriend, if I heard correctly and took his problems out on an innocent old man who was just walking along the street. Just killed the man in cold blood. There should be rules that live streaming is not allowed and only reviewed material is acceptable. That would take common sense, something those who run Facebook lack dearly.
