Well, I think they should be but it sounds more like a civil lawsuit to me, rather than criminal. The bar for proving intent is much lower when it's civil. Maybe if one person fought back against the Communist News Network's evil tactics it would send a message to the rest of the evil dark leftist networks. In Georgia, where CNN is based, it's a felony to extort someone else to prevent them from doing something that is within their legal right to do. In New York, where they have corporate offices, it's considered criminal conspiracy if one or more people are involved in extorting someone. Hmmm.
