God is Sovereign over all creation but He is not in control in the Earth. We are...You can look at it as; God owns the store, and He installed US as managers. We have dominion in the Earth. God does not break your leg to teach you something. God does not send killer hurricanes to show off. Satan is the author of sickness and death. Destruction will fit into that as well. That's one of the reasons Jesus came to Earth. Hebrews 2:14-15(CJB) 14 Therefore, since the children share a common physical nature as human beings, he became like them and shared that same human nature; so that by his death he might render ineffective the one who had power over death (that is, the Adversary) 15 and thus set free those who had been in bondage all their lives because of their fear of death. So as having dominion in the Earth, what is our responsibility? What did Jesus do? Mark 4:39 He awoke, rebuked the wind and said to the waves, “Quiet! Jesus did what He saw the Father do, We do what we see Jesus do. Satan caused the storms, Satan caused the earthquakes, Satan causes tornadoes. Satan causes cancer. Satan causes the fighting between you and your mate. Satan is the author of sickness and death. You have dominion in the Earth. YOU take dominion in your part of the world. If you live in the hurricane path, set up a bloodline around your property and forbid any destruction inside that barrier. Command the storm to collapse. I have seen, several times, people command a storm to stay off their property. I saw the rain come up to the edge of the property line and stop. On the other side of the property the rain resumed.
