If that is in your past, yes oh yes it can be forgiven easily through faith in Jesus. Because of Him, all our sins are forgiven. If however you are considering an abortion now, please do not do that. It's not only that God can and does forgive that, but that He also wants to heal the deep wounds and guilt that remain. I know a few Christians that had abortions earlier in life. As they had children later in life (and then grandchildren), their earlier actions would come flashing back at various times in waves of guilt and condemnation and regret for the children and grandchildren they did not have. Sometimes it may require some meetings with a good Christian counselor or pastor to work through this to be healed. So since you are asking about abortion, yes it can be forgiven as Jesus said above, the only unforgiveable sin is calling Holy Spirit unclean and Bezeelbub and rejecting the Gospel of Jesus (John 3:18, John 6:66).
