I first started out at a Lutheran Church. I just did not grow as a Christian at that Church. I then attended a larger non denominational Community Church that I liked. But then it got bigger and bigger and then I did not like it as much. I thought there were many cliques and many seemed more interested in the social aspect of the Church rather than worshiping God. That is what they were supposed to be there for. I have not found a Church that glorifies God.

I'm also a fan of making friends with the dogs at parties! Sounds like we're both a bit introverted. I am a major extrovert. So that is not an issue for me.

I sure hope it gets not allowed in churches. Though I do hear some churches are fast approving it. No, I am not talking about transgender or cross dressing. When I use the term, "cross gender" I am referring to men and women ministering to the opposite sex. When you are praying with someone and ministering to them, there is vulnerability on both sides and there is some emotional intimacy that comes with that. And sometimes, emotional intimacy can open doors to other things, that are completely inappropriate. Sexual predators will take advantage of the trust and vulnerability. It is far better and more appropriate for men to pray with and minister to other men and the same goes for women. It helps to just up a guard against the potential for inappropriate behavior. If a women request that she be prayed with. The pastor will ask for the women of the church to gather around her and pray for her. If a man ask for prayer.
