Nothing short of direct proof of the edge of the non-spinning, stationary disk, or the walls of the firmament will allow you to "KNOW" it. You don't have that and no one else does, either. On the other hand, there are hundreds of people that have been in spacecraft and orbited the roughly spherical earth.
