Look at how the Apostles with Jesus acted. They were ready to provide tents for Jesus, Moses and Elijah. (Matthew 17:1 - 9, Mark 9:1 - 10, Luke 9:27 - 36). I believe Luke sets the timing with Jesus selecting who would be going with him. Peter, John and James all tasted death. Jesus too before his ascension. Therefore I command you to be openhanded toward your fellow Israelites who are poor and needy in your land. this shows not only Paul But The rest of the apostles were still practicing Torah after our Lord went to the cross ( it’s a lovely verse and quite funny because Paul was like “ I hey I was planning on doing that anyways guys” ?)
