Ironically, the Christian's reputation isn't stellar, primarily because of how we deal with homosexuals. So, we are the ones who need to take care, lest the others blame us to be scornful against LGBT people. This is my personal impression. Moreover two researchers, called Kinnaman and Lyons, also state that image problems are linked to how we treat homosexuals, among others. I see this as the No.1 threat to our reputation.
