I really appreciate the prayers, the encouragement, the reminders and the suggestions. I had let the pain and stress of my circumstances cloud my vision and make me turn away from God. I truly needed some guidance in order to find my way out of the darkness I was floundering in. I know my struggles are not over, but, thanks to the help of each of you, I am finding my way back - I know He has been waiting patiently for me. Bless you all.

Hey,being farely new christian, i cant put to words the things id love to tell you to help you. Renew your passion for Christ. Ask for a renewal of the mind. Look to prayer and the word of God. Your bible, as u would probably know, is your greatest tool to answers to all your questions!!

The first step is repentance for lacking in trust in the Lord and whatever else there may be. People always forget repentance. They cry out to the Lord for help and "why why why" and forget there supposed to trust in the Lord. To fear the Lord is to be strong in the belief of his promises and be in such awe of him u must obey. Go back to basics. Seek him.

salvation - Romans 3:20-24

loneliness - psalm 9:9-10

Isaiah 41:10

deut 31:6

unhappy or lost- john 16:22

ask for wisdom and go to the Word of God like u never have before! all the answers are there, Invite the Holy Spirit to read with you, be your teacher. Cast your doubts and sadness aside and give your time to the Lord. Give your all to him. Take up your cross and follow him :-)

Sometimes its not so easy as to bring ourselves closer to God, and read the Bible. For the past 5-6 weeks, i have felt more less the same. I have struggled with "depression". In the first 1-2 weeks, i would wake (not wanting too, though) of a morning, and just wish i were dead. I would pray asking God why am i here.. why do i exist?? I didn't feel worthy. I didn't want to get out of bed, little lone go to work. I felt dead inside, literaly dead inside. I could not feel love, or anything. I had no desire for life. It just seemed too hard. And in no way did i want to feel like this. I loved the way i felt for Christ before.

I was also condemning myself, cause i had words in my mind, i didn't want there. So with that, i thought i had lost my salvation. Some of those thoughts were.. do i want to live with God any more! I know i have not lost my Salvation, but at the time, satan reares his ugly head, and makes us think that. I have been a Christian for two and a half yrs now, and 6 weeks ago, i was on one of those mountains. I was so full of zeal for God..

God has placed some beautiful ladies in my presence at Church. And they, a long with a fill in Rector and his wife, have helped me so much. God has given them into my life, for the strength i had lost, and the presence of the Lord i didn't feel. I still have my days where i am up and down. And my Reverend has put me in contact with a prayer ministry, that i will go to (if they feel i need it). But by the Grace of God Almighty.. i am being restored. I didn't stop going to Church, or my Bible study, or any other activities i was doing with the Church, i read the Bible, i prayed. But it was hard some days.

We know God is there, its not always a matter of picking ourselves up, and "getting on". As if it were only so easy. When satan attacks he means business. And satan attacks cause he KNOWS, we are a threat to him. He plays on our weakness' or he did mine. And sometimes yes, its not even because of sin as such we have these trials, it can be God making us grow. Even with the way i have felt, i am grateful that God has chosen to mature me, and help me grow. It is what i have been asking of Him, and yet when we have trials we don't understand at the time, why..

Shadowdancer.. it hurts.. i know. Oh so much, it hurts. If you have someone there you can talk with and cry with, then please do.. if you don't then please.. share with one of us. We are here for you.. to give you Gods love and support. And DON'T be afraid to cry.. cry your heart out if you need too, it is healing.. Every tear that drops.. Jesus catches them. He sees our hurt, and i know you don't feel Him. But know He is there with you.. He has you in His hands.. and know.. He has suffered our pain. My prayers go to our Father for you.. He doesn't expect leaps, just one little step each day. Hold onto us tight, and take that first little step.. we are with you. And God won't let you fall, He'll catch you, ok. Peace and blessings be with you.. :)

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • George Whitten, the visionary behind Worthy Ministries and Worthy News, explores the timing of the Simchat Torah War in Israel. Is this a water-breaking moment? Does the timing of the conflict on October 7 with Hamas signify something more significant on the horizon?

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this study, I'll be focusing on Daniel and his picture of the resurrection and its connection with Yeshua (Jesus).

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
