Never heard of that before. I like to make my own bookmarks out of thin cardboard (like the inserts that come in a pack of t-shirts, or other scrap thin cardboard). I cut the cardboard into bookmark sizes and cover them with scrapbook paper using glue ...and some modge-podge ...maybe some clear glitter paint over that ....
