I would say no or he wouldn’t have told us to perform the test for protection and I actually do use it for protection especially if someone wants to spiritually guide me, and there were some that would not admit it. As a believer when someone asks me that question I quickly answer yes and with Glee. When a person says why are you asking me that or I know Jesus is real or anything but a reply of yes before saying anything else it’s a red flag for me. Full of imagery and dreams that were "explained" to the author. Thank God for the gift of discerning of spirits that God gives for I questioned the veracity of the book's contents. So I laid hands on the book and prayed over this copy in the Spirit (praying in tongues) for a while and sure enough Jesus revealed to me that this book was the work of demons, of darkness. Beware the enemy. They are a lot smarter than us and have thousands of years of practice in rebellion and opposing God. To what books are you referring? Is this "Pupose Driven Life"?
