So if that is true than maybe veganism is more healthy than a non- vegan diet?

It wasn't untill after the flood that God permitted the eating of meat, but that doesn't mean prior to then that a vegan diet was eaten. Able kept domesticated animals and while they were sheep and goats would have been kept for there will, they would also have been milked and that would be drunk or eaten as cheese. If you want to eat more healthy reduce the amount of processed food you eat. Buy high quality grass feed beef etc, use equally higher quality fruit and veg. Avoid pizza, burgers etc etc.

Well remember they had the tree of life to eat of before the fall, which they did not have after, and they had to work to grow their food. We now live in a world where you can easily survive as a vegan if you so desire. For me, life is not worth living without meat;) And who wants to live forever in this body anyway

I’m just trying to understand that Adam and Eve in the garden of Eden were basically vegans right? No meat and no dairy? So when we go to heaven there will be no meat and no dairy. Right? I like the idea of being a vegetarian but haven't figured out how to get the protein I need without a little meat consumption, though when you come right down to it, I don't eat a lot of meat. So if that is true than maybe veganism is more healthy than a non- vegan diet? This is doubtful. However, meat in general as a food seems to occur after things went south. We have teeth that can handle it and so do pandas. Pandas are vegan as far as I know. It is possible to stay healthy on veggies I think, but as someone said before, the Tree of Life is no longer available to us as it was in Eden.
