Smoking is not a bad habit it is an addiction. These three worldly acceptable drugs alcohol, caffeine and nicotine should be consumed in moderation. Because all three are an addiction. The Lord led me to stop smoking. I consume no tea or caffeinated pop. When I did as the Lord led me to do, my life was transformed. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God. Smoking cigarettes comes under "the like". If our lives are characterised by works of the flesh, then it shows that we are not born again. This is not the same thing as having an area of sin, when our lives are characterised by righteousness. I don't why this is even an issue. Most Christians would realise right away that smoking cigarettes is from the flesh and not the Holy Spirit. If you are talking about bullying those who consume those drugs I don't think that will work. In fact it may make it worse. Why not try praying for them?
