If we keep in touch with Jesus, strengthen our immune system and immediately cope with the symptoms of cold or flu when they start, everything will be fine.

And if we take care of ourselves, our immune systems should be strong. 1

I don't hear the CDC say a word about our immune systems, yet I can think of no better way to safe from the virus than to get the rest we need, get enough to eat, stay comfortably warm, and stay away from tobacco. I'm just saying that it often is not enough - especially during a pandemic. Vaccination (as I know you've done) is the most effective way to avoid infection and illness. Yes, I wish everyone would get vaccinated. That doesn't mean I believe they should be forced to. But if they choose not to get vaccinated, I don't think I should be required to wear a mask to protect them. 1
