Chinese leader Xi Jinping has personally warned Russian dictator Vladimir Putin against using nuclear weapons against Ukraine. It is reported by the Financial Times on Wednesday, July 5.

China, in its public statements, has consistently opposed the use of nuclear weapons in Ukraine, but many of Kyiv's supporters doubt compliance with such deterrence due to Xi Jinping's partnership with Putin and a "peace plan" that closely coincides with Russian conversations, the newspaper reports. Chinese officials privately credit the Russian leader's conviction to abandon nuclear threats, according to the FT.

“Xi has personally warned Vladimir Putin against using nuclear weapons in Ukraine, pointing out that Beijing has concerns about the war waged by Russia, even if it offers tacit support to Moscow. That message was transferred during the Chinese leader's state visit to Moscow in March. It was one of Xi's first trips outside China after years of isolation under his zero COVID-19 policy," it said.

An adviser to the Chinese government said that deterring Putin from using nuclear weapons was one of the key ones in China's campaign to restore damaged ties with Europe, since Beijing had disagreements with most of the continent due to Russian aggression, FT reports.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on June 20, U.S. President Joe Biden called Chinese leader Xi Jinping a dictator, speaking about his reaction to the Chinese balloon shot down over the United States earlier in the year.

In response, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the PRC protested and called the statement absurd and provocative.

On June 19, CNN reported that Chinese leader Xi Jinping, following a meeting with U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken, said that the PRC would not supply weapons to the aggressor state of Russia.

The balance of power of heavy weapons in the war of the aggressor state of Russia against Ukraine has changed significantly. Thanks to the Western Allies, Ukraine caught up and outpaced the Russian Federation in the number of tanks.

Bloomberg reports this with reference to open data from Germany’s Kiel Institute for the World Economy (IfW Kiel) and the open source intelligence group Oryx on Thursday, July 6.

Since the beginning of the war, Ukraine had 987 tanks, of which 550 were lost in battles, while the Armed Forces managed to capture 545 tanks of the invaders, another 471 tanks were transferred by the Western Allies. In total, Ukraine has approximately 1,500 tanks. Russia at the beginning of the aggression had 3,417, of which 1,400 remain, Bloomberg notes.

“The figures suggest that Ukraine’s tank fleet has grown since the start of the invasion last year, even as Russia’s has halved. The gap also narrowed in terms of artillery and multiple-launch rocket systems, although by much smaller margins,” it was said.

Also, Ukraine is to receive 286 tanks. UK Chief of the Defense Staff Tony Radakin said that Russia lost almost half the combat capability of its army, since last year it fired 10 million artillery shells, and at best it can produce 1 million shells per year, the number of tanks lost is 2,500 tanks, and Russia can produce 200 of them per year.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, according to the General Staff on July 6, the total number of losses of the Russian army since the beginning of the invasion is 232,300 military.

On July 3, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that Russian President Vladimir Putin was losing control of his own people.

On July 17, UK Chief of the Defense Staff, Admiral Tony Radakin said that Russia had already lost more than 30% of its combat capability on land, as well as that Russian President Vladimir Putin lost the war in Ukraine.

In the aggressor country of Russia, another mutiny or revolution may take place in the near future.

This was stated by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in an interview with ABC News.

According to him, the mutiny of the founder of the Wagner PMC, Yevgeny Prigozhin, revealed the weakness of the leadership of the Russian dictator Vladimir Putin.

"They decided to stop. Putin has no military force inside Russia, and its civilian population is not protected. There is a signal that there may be another rebellion or revolution in Russia. Moreover, many people can support such a rebellion," Zelenskyy said.

He added that he was sure that the Wagner fighters would not attack Ukraine from the north and claimed that Prigozhin was motivated by an attempt to improve his position in Russia.

"Here's what I think, based on intelligence... he became a political figure. And that, in my opinion, was his main goal. Why did he stop? Well, I don't know for sure," the president said.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, Putin is losing control over his own people, which was especially evident in the weak reaction to the Wagner PMC uprising.

In the aggressor country of Russia

The aggressors in this situation is not Russia, it's the NATO countries moving NATO to Russia's border which would allow us to put missiles there that would defeat Russia's Nuclear protection from the NATO alliance that has been since the end of WWII trying to destroy Russia and exploit it's resources.  No different than Russia putting Nuclear missiles in Cuba way back when.

PNAC laid out the plans to do so back in the days of the Clinton Presidency.  Deep State has carried it out through both Democratic and Republican presidencies since.     Trump was the exception.

The night attack on the Crimean Bridge is a special operation of the Security Service of Ukraine (SSU) and the Naval Forces.

This was reported to Ukrainian News Agency by sources in law enforcement agencies.

"Today's attack on the Crimean Bridge is a special operation of the SSU and the Navy," the interlocutors reported.

According to our sources in the Security Service, the SSU and the Naval Forces of Ukraine were involved in the nighttime undermining of the Crimean Bridge.

The bridge was attacked using surface drones.

"It was difficult to get to the bridge, but in the end it was possible to do it," the sources noted.

Earlier, the head of the Security Service of Ukraine, Vasyl Maliuk, stated that the bridge was a perfectly legitimate target for Ukraine and promised to reveal the details of the unique special operations after the Victory.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the Russian Federation closed traffic on the Crimean Bridge due to an "extraordinary event", social networks reported about the collapse of the spans.

At the entrance to the bridge from the Krasnodar Krai of the Russian Federation, a multi-kilometer traffic jam was formed, as evidenced by data from online services.

Subsequently, the Russian news agency TASS reported that the movement of railway transport over the bridge was also suspended. In addition, the ferry service has been suspended.

The command of the Russian army has not yet solved the problems with rotation and supply, which the commander of the 58th Combined Arms Army/Major General Ivan Popov stated before his dismissal.

This was stated by analysts of the Institute for the Study of War (ISW) in a recent report.

According to experts, this leads to the reluctance of Russian soldiers to fight and mass surrender. In particular, the problems he mentioned continue to influence Russian military operations in southern Ukraine and the discussion of these operations.

Some Russian military commanders report that in the Zaporizhzhia Region, cases of simultaneous capture of several Russian assault groups, the number of which is equal to a squad (platoon), are recorded in the report.

"Persistent problems with Russian logistics and operations in southern Ukraine may have contributed to the inability or unwillingness of these forces to fight and reports of further surrender," the ISW emphasizes.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on July 13, it became known that the commander of the 58th Combined Arms Army of the Russian Federation/Major General Ivan Popov announced his alleged suspension.

This allegedly happened after the publication of an audio message allegedly by Popov to his subordinates, in which he spoke about problems in the army.

Meanwhile, the aggressor country of the Russian Federation is experiencing an increasing shortage of means of counter-battery combat, which creates problems on the battlefield.

Russia may be preparing a false flag operation in the Black Sea. It is possible that the aggressor state attacks civilian vessels to blame Ukraine for this. Signs of the preparation of such operations are recorded in the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency. CIA Director William Burns stated this, speaking at the Aspen Security Forum.

According to the CIA, Russia is now considering various options for provocations in the Black Sea. In particular, the invaders can attack shipping and blame Ukraine for the attack.

"We see some very worrying signs that the Russians are considering the types of false flag operations... They are considering ways that they can attack shipping in the Black Sea, and then try to blame Ukrainians for this," Burns said.

Besides, U.S. intelligence reported that Russia has installed additional sea mines on the approaches to Ukrainian ports. It was stated in the U.S. National Security Council, adding that this is part of the preparation of the Russian Federation to justify possible attacks on civilian vessels in the Black Sea.

According to U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken, these actions of the Russian Federation are of concern in Washington.

"We have expressed real concern about this. I think you heard Bill Burns talk about it, John Kirby also said from the White House podium. Again, this is something that is an integral part of the Russian scenario," Blinken said.

Belarusian self-proclaimed President Aleksandr Lukashenko held a meeting with Russian dictator Vladimir Putin and said that Wagnerites who moved to Belarus allegedly want to attack Poland.

The press service of Lukashenko announced this.

"Perhaps it should not have been said. But I will say that Wagnerites began to "stress" us. They ask to the West: "Let us!" I say, "Why would you go West there?" Well, in quiet... We control what is happening. "Well, we go on a tour to Warsaw and Rzeszow. And Rzeszow is unacceptable to them. When they fought near Bakhmut, they also know where the military equipment came from. They have this sitting inside: Rzeszow is trouble. Of course, I keep them in the center of Belarus, as agreed. I would not like to redeploy them there. Because they have bad moods. And to their credit, they know what is happening around the Union State," Lukashenko said.

In addition, Lukashenko said that he brought Putin "a map of the transfer of Polish troops to the borders of the Union State: by brigades near Brest and Grodno." This is the second map that allegedly "shows where the attack on Belarus was being prepared from." The previous one allegedly had plans for an attack from Ukraine. This statement by the Belarusian dictator became a meme.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on July 11, the self-proclaimed President of Belarus Lukashenko said that representatives of the Wagner private military company will conduct exercises of the armed forces of the Republic of Belarus.

On July 12, it became known that Belarus is negotiating the training of special forces personnel by Wagner PMC fighters of the aggressor state of Russia.

After the news that mercenaries were concentrating in Belarus, Polish Minister of Defense Mariusz Blaszczak decided to move military formations to the east of the country due to possible threats associated with the presence of PMC Wagner.

The Ukrainian counteroffensive is progressing according to the plan, which was developed together with partners.

The UK Minister of State for the Armed Forces James Stephen Heappey stated this in an interview with The Telegraph.

Heappey dismissed German concerns and critical assessments that Ukraine's counteroffensive had allegedly slowed down.

The Minister noted that Kyiv is “appropriately cautious” in refusing to send large numbers of people and Western weapons into dense Russian minefields.

He added that the Ukrainian military retains sufficient firepower to make a breakthrough at the right time.

“Ukraine is meeting our expectations at the moment. They are broadly delivering the plan that they worked out with us, and the Americans and others, over the last winter. This is not a Hollywood movie. There was not going to be a moment when the tanks started to roll, and the music started to play, and a war montage played out and then - at the end of it - victory by September,” Heappey emphasized.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the Armed Forces are attacking on three axes. They have advanced near Staromaiorske and attacked near Bakhmut.

Meanwhile, the German Ministry of Defense does not have at its disposal and cannot comment on a report criticizing the offensive of the Ukrainian Defense Forces, the existence of which was reported by Bild.
