I have. It was a lovely church. Met some weird people along the way, But it was a lovely church. We don't go to church anymore. We don't believe the church and most churches are handling things well after the virus. We should not be resuming communion. We should not be being told to, "introduce yourself to your neighbor,",,. And we should not be getting together in groups and bringing food. I have been to a Nazarene church. My home school friends go there. My mom doesn't like the Nazarene church. She doesn't like my friends from the Nazarene church, either. I can't take the car to go. And if I did, they'd be concerned about the virus. We and I basically don't go to church anymore. My parents say, "We should all know better than to go to church again after the virus...............,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, My parents have completely written off church because of the virus. I'm allowed to go, But I have to get myself there. And like I said, My mom doesn't like the Nazarene church, Nor my friends who go there. She likes the friends who are telling me in what I told you.

Well if your mom doesn't like your Nazarene Friends and she's telling you to be friends with whom you disagree with and you reject both, it seems that you are truly alone.

@other one If you quoted me, It is not showing up. My mom likes loud mouthed women, And soft spoken men. Especially in church. She does not like preachy pastors, nor soft spoken women. My mom does not like any of the men I have ever chosen, And she does not like any of the female friends I have chosen, either. 

She likes dominant women, and submissive men. She doesn't like submissive women at all. She wants and likes the female friends of mine who are dominant. She has always been this way. She is a complete couch potato, as well.

Thanks. My mom does not like soft spoken women, Nor assertive men. She hates every man I have chosen, And only likes dominant women. She has always been this way. It's never and has not changed yet.

She's not telling me to be friends with them, But I can tell she doesn't like them and she prefers the dominant women. She wants me to be friends with dominant women, And soft spoken men. I can just tell she does not like my soft spoken female friends. It just emanates out of her. She has written off church since the virus, And has probably not really much of plans on returning, Especially not a church that I would choose.

Well,   good luck with life if you listen to your mother.   I don't know how old you are, but in your place I'd be planning how to live my life myself away from all the stress.

I don't know. I really do have an illness. She insists that everything she watches is about redemption. She is not getting that she is repeatedly watching it over and over and over again, And they have not been redeemed yet. Just keeps repeating that there is redemption. Nobody is being redeemed, she's just continuing it. She even screamed at me that if I keep going on about the tv that she watches, She will blast it over me so I can't keep preaching, And threatens to watch "real pornography" if I don't shut up.

Good luck to me with that. I am on disability that the clinic and the federal government wants to take away from me. The only thing she knows how to do is advocate for me in the mental illness system. She's the only one who knows how to do that. The mental illness system is a complete mess and a complete fraud in the fact that you have to beg them to help you. The mental illness system will put me on the streets if I don't have an advocate, Or in a group home with other mentally ill patients. They don't even call us patients. My choices are to live in HUD housing where the prostitutes actually are, Or live with Days of our Lives, 50 shades of grey, Naked and Afraid, Violent and sexually driven movies. Those are my options. And country music. In where she loves to sing, "I'm drunk and I don't want to go home,",. She's not realizing that what you put in to your mind is toxic. She doesn't get it at all. She also says everything she watches is about redemption. I'm still waiting for the redeemed.

You are not going to change your mother.  Let her do her own thing between her and the Lord.   Read the whole Bible and make up your own mind about things and have level headed discussions with people who will listen and talk back with you to try and come to consensus as to what the Bible is telling us.
