China in serious trouble

1. Because of Government regulations, the one child policy is causing severe shortages in the population. No population growth means fewer people. Fewer people means fall in production and manufacturing. At a minimum this means at least 15 years to catch back up. 

At the present time, the earth is getting bombarded by solar activity on the sun. This is expected to continue for at least two years. This affects weather on earth. Because of this China is in the middle of what the US just came through ....Heat conditions that are abnormal. 

China is discussing rolling black outs because of drought conditions. Their hydros are challenged with production.This is troublesome because, they have 50 coal fired plants not commissioned yet. Their power production is strained. To counter this shortfall 2000 manufacturers have been told to close their doors for two weeks or more. At the same time, corporations and residences have been told to ready themselves for rolling black outs. Florida went through this during Thanksgiving one year. We had to cook on the grill in the backyard. 15 minutes of power 45 minutes without. China is talking about 30 minutes of power and two hours without. Supposedly, China commissions a new coal plant every month, though I see issues with that goal ...ABB, Siemens and Hyundai are not that good. 

Every car battery for every EV produced in America is manufactured in China. China in trouble? US and others in trouble ....

If ..... and it's a huge IF!

The Biden Administration could be counted on .....The Us would in storage mode right now. The old Joseph in Egypt mode ....Food in the fall harvest needs to be stored instead of exporting. Without the plan ahead of the chaos ......we'll look like bay formula catastrophe once again. A catastrophe not yet resolved fully .... 

The population is in serious trouble because of the incompetence in Washington.

They are politicians. God rules the world not the President, Senators or Governors. We had a bad choice. Biden or Trump. It is not going to get any better.

I am pretty sure that the one-child policy has been rescinded.

However, the damage has been done and China is now trying to catch up. 

That was the focus of the article listing the damages and challenges ...

Up there anywhere near ALCAN? Sat in the parking lot to the safety training center waiting for the bears to leave, so we could go through the process, then catch the ferry to the power plant. Spent the night on the power island. Great trip back, surrounded by a pod of Killer Whales (Orcas)

We live a couple hours drive east of Kitimat. I assume the powerplant you refer to was Kemano.
