Mask won't help much

Everyone knew that masks did not help much and I seen the forced mask-wearing as another (end times) ulterior motive akin to force-wearing an insignia.  Anyway, I digress.  Scientifically, a mask will only partly work for a sneeze or a cough because of the potential direct hit of spit or droplets-- it's a permanent "cover your sneeze with your elbow" concept.  Other than that, the virus will still leak out and become airborne so that the susceptible population would still get COVID (and then they can blame healthy people that maybe they did not get enough shots or wear their masks properly).  

If course the most popular mask was the cloth "behind the ear" loops that I hated.  I used to like to wear bandannas so it could double as a cowboy necktie that I'd wear it around my neck and pull it up whenever a hypochondriac, er, I mean concerned citizen wanted my face covered I'd comply because I'm an easy and open-minded person to get along with and don't want to frighten anyone.   I've proven using a cigar that the "loopy" masked leaked like crazy.  When I wore a bandanna, hardly any smoke got out and showed it filtered the smoke (I had to wash it like crazy to get the stain out).  The "loopy" mask had no such protection nor cigar stain.  Yet, on airplanes. they would not allow the bandanna mask but my "loopy", leaky mask was fine.  This makes one wonder the motivation especially since Yahoo, a very liberal news site, posted an article that the bandanna was the THIRD most protective mask only surpassed by the N-95 and a surgical tie mask (which I would not object to the latter since that goes around your neck instead of the ears). So I just enjoyed my flight laughing and talking while my breath was going all over the place with that mask and no doubt if I was carrying the virus, someone got it from me.  

To my knowledge, I did not have COVID (either that or had no symptoms) because of my high vitamin D level. There's studies showing the indisputable relationship to high vitamin D levels and little or no symptoms.  But.... if we want to get a man-made shot (instead of God-given sunshine) that we don't know the long term effects, then more power to such folks. Good luck with that.

Yes, wearing a mask for a time was merely virtue signalling.  I still occasionally see people wearing a mask while alone in their car or walking out in the sunshine while all alone, to stop themselves from infecting themselves.

Reminds me of an article I read in a woman's magazine years ago where one could put on cloth from last year and re-catch their poison ivory, or again, maybe catch their own cold over again from their toothbrush.  How freakin' lame can one be?  I would not try to clean that stuff.  I'd ask why they are so feeble as to re-catch their own cold from their toothbrush?  Geeez.  No woman like that would bear my children if I were younger. Would not want to be in the poor house with medical bills.

Yeah, people should toss out their toothbrush if they were sick while using it.   A new brush is like $2. 

I have a UV Light toothbrush sterilizer which is pretty handy.  Anyone might become mildly ill from their own tooth brush at any time, not just when they are laid up in bed with the flu or something, so the UV light will destroy the bacterial and viral DNA.  But I think I would still toss my brush head if I was very sick. 

Who knows how many illnesses I have dodged over the years using this thing?
