But he had a problem in his church some people who had enough they pray for the needy and blessed them with prayers of hope saying...James emphasized they were saying "be well...and feel warm and feel not hungry....and they prayed in the name of Jesus...James had to tell them to their face that all those prayers of blessing on the needy but are still cold and hungry because you have and you are not helping them...your prayers did not produce because you were supposed to help with their needs but you did not help...so there is not relief in their sircumstances.... You told them feel warm but you did not give the a coat... prayers just prayers but no helping action from the one who prays....stingy believers...James said they could help he is not talking about the ones who share their sandwich with the one who does not have ..even a friend.... James never Judge the faith of anyone to tell them that help if not you are not a believer....James never used this method to extort money from the believers in his church...he never teach on tithing and tithing the tithes...what is next...wondering... JAMES taught the Gospel not to judge the faith of anyone from what they do...their walk yes but still do not know everything about them ....do you to the one who Judge a believer in Jesus Christ....Jesus called them the little ones who need a refreshing word in this Life just like a cold glass of water on a hot day and not Judging and angry untruthful words about them in Gossip among those who thing they are better... Jesus also said that you think you are better you who think you can judge the little sheep in his flock...but you do not know very well your situation,..the fact that someone are judging the weak instant of making them stand and help them walk says a lot about their own situations and that Jesus is not please with them in this matter....because he said "you love me" and I want you to love me by not pulling down the weak by encouraging them.. Some dare to say that they are not believers and they scoff at them and at the same time they claim that they do not know their hearts...if they believe or not....but they say look at this and look at that....and abuse scriptures by saying out of the abundance of their heart...but faith in Jesus does not have to be the abandoned of the heart but is good for Jesus if it is just like the mustard see.... Ocean Posted February 1, 2023 Group: Members Followers: 0 Topic Count: 0 Topics Per Day: 0 Content Count: 61 Content Per Day: 0.09 Reputation: 49 Days Won: 0 Joined: 07/27/2022 Status: Offline Share Posted February 1, 2023 (edited) really, the only way to God is through His Son and the only way to receive God's salvation is through His Son works do not save and the commandments do not save salvation is found only in Christ all those found in Christ are there by faith and without faith it is impossible to please God is God pleased then with those that are His? yes in fact He is because He has provided the most perfect way of salvation and frankly, He is a bit put off by those who claim their works have any merit other than to show growth in Christ and being led of His Spirit really, we have nothing at all without Christ's final act of obedience and even in our very best moments and achievements, we are still not justified in anything but the blood of Christ and faith in His work no use to debate it or argue about it. I agree. Because we are justified without works. We are called to good works after we are justified. The good works don't have a thing to add to our being justified. If we have no good works after we are saved then it might show we need to read the word of God. If we walk in evil then we are not saved. A saved person will not hate. God bless. It took many years to learn how to hate....it's going to take a big battle to come against one self who have learn how to hate with passion....so give the man a chance...the lesson learned that Jesus will have a challenge.
