Is this referring to the Great White Throne Judgment or the BEMA Judgement seat of Christ?

2 Timothy 2:18 Who concerning the truth have erred, saying that the resurrection is past already; and overthrow the faith of some. 19 Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity. 20 But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some to honour, and some to dishonour. 21 If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the master's use, and prepared unto every good work. 22 Flee also youthful lusts: but follow righteousness, faith, charity, peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart.

Daniel 12:1 And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book. 2 And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt. 3 And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever.

I see this as applying to  the firstfruits of the resurrection at the rapture event that will be taken before the great tribulation whereas they that be Christ's at His coming, those unrepentant saints, former believers that get left behind at the rapture and new believers after the rapture that gets killed, shall be resurrected after the great tribulation as vessels unto dishonor in His House, vessels of wood and earth.  Would that not tie in with Danile 12:2?

Also look at this one.

Matthew 5: 19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

Would not the least in the kingdom of heaven be the same as the vessels unto dishonor that did not depart from iniquity for why they are resurrected to shame and everlasting contempt?

Course there will be other dead resurrected at the Great white Throne Judgment that will be cast into the lake of fire whose names are not written in the Book of Life.

The time of trouble, the likes of which has never been seen in the verse below is the great tribulation, the likes of which have never been seen.Ive emboldened it for your.

In a moment,in the twinkling of an eye. They are changed so they won't see death.

Don't confuse death with sleep.  Sleep comes after death.  Everyone dies.

For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ all will be made alive. 1 Cor 15:22

Not everyone who will be changed have fallen asleep. They havnt died.

51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,

52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.

54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.

55 O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?

56 The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law.

57 But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

Luke 21:28

When these things begin to take place, stand up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near.”

I don't believe the people who Jesus is speaking of in this verse have died and he doesn't seem to be telling them that they are going to.
