Neither do I , But I do know that tattoos are pretty indistinguishable from a distance, And up close and personal. You have to study and avert your eyes towards someone's body to figure out what tattoo or tattoos they may have. I think neck tattoos are typical of gangs, But what's to say they aren't or haven't gotten that far yet ? ? ? ? There are well meaning young people who get wrapped up in the life of punk like, or metal like music, and mall shops, And they are only hired if they meet a certain criteria. They are then pressured, and peer pressure others. How would you tell the difference between a well meaning kid going through a punk phase, And a full out gang member who maybe hasn't had their work finished ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?
