Ezekiel 37, undivided is specific to no longer being the northern kingdom of Ephraim, and the southern kingdom of Judah.

In Ezekiel 39, the Gog/Magog event is in Ezekiel 39:1-16.    There are 7 years that follow the destruction of Gog's army in Ezekiel 39:9-10.

Then there is the Armageddon event in Ezekiel 39:17-20.    It corresponds to Revelation 19:17-18.

Ezekiel 39:21-29 is Jesus speaking in the text having return to this earth.

-------------------------------------------

The reference to Gog and Magog in Revelation 20 means it will be the same nations that made up the Ezekiel 38-39 Gog/Magog event a thousand years earlier.

What about the war that takes place before Gog takes up arms?

The war which the land  must recover from that takes place before Gog comes to Israel.

Which war do you claim that is?

I assumed you was familiar with Ezekiel 38.You act as though you knew that chapter well.

Im talking about the war mentioned in Ezekiel 38 . The one that takes place before Gog Invades the land of unwalled villages. The one the land recovers from before the time of Gog.

What about that war?

Well, seeing you don't know anything about the war in Ezekiel 38 that takes place before Gog invades the kingdom of israel, then maybe you can show us where Gog and the nations mentioned in Ezekiel 38-39 invade the kingdom of Israel again in the book of Ezekiel seeing you say they do it twice.

You believe Gog will invade the kingdom of Israel while fishermen are fishing the dead sea?

Where exactly is this last war you claim takes place in the book of Ezekiel?

The Gog/Magog event of Ezekiel 38/39 takes places 7 years before Jesus's return in Ezekiel 39:21-29 to begin the thousand year millennial rule.

At the end of the thousand years, there is the last rebellion of the nations which will include the same nations that took part in the Ezekiel 38/39 event 7 years before Jesus's return.

So you say there will be two more wars after Ezekiel 38.

Do you have any verses in Ezekiel that proves there are two more wars after Ezekiel 38?

The one you claim is seven years after Gogs invasion and the one you claim is 1000 years after.

Do you have any scripture written by Ezekiel to back up your claims?

Three events:

Gog/Magog - Ezekiel 39:1-16

7 years later

Armageddon - Ezekiel 39:17-20

1000 years later

Final rebellion - including the Gog/Magog nations - Revelation 20:7-10

---------------------------------------------------------------

The final rebellion of Revelation 20:7-10 is not in Ezekiel.

Actually it is. Isaiah 66:7-8 specifically prophesized that Israel would become a nation in a single day which is what happened in 1948.

Yes, and that did happen, just as foretold.

It is not a sign of the nearness of Christ's return.

Israel had to be a nation again in the land of Canaan for the end of the age to commence, but it doesn't signal 70 years, 80 years, 120 years to the end of the age or Jesus return. Or the rapture, or whatever other event people think it presages.

Jesus tells us what to look for in the Olivet Discourse. The end of the age passages in the Discourse presuppose Israel as a nation in the land, not foretell that as a marker of the Lord's near arrival.

In order for Zechariah 12 to be fulfilled the Jews have to be in Jerusalem…

“Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of trembling unto all the people round about, when they shall be in the siege both against Judah and against Jerusalem.”

One could say this prophecy is happening right now.

Also I would make the point, that “every power”that is at work, both physical and spiritual is “ordained by God.”

Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be “are ordained of God.”

So how did Israel become a Nation in 1948 without the foreknowledge of God, or without being “ordained by God”.

But I didn't say they would not be in the land, nor did I say it wasn't required for Israel to be a nation before the return of the Lord.

I'm saying,

"Israel being restored to the land of Canaan in 1948 does not signify the nearness of the return of the Lord."

People think everything that happens in Israel is a prophetic sign Jesus is about to return. They tend to use 1948 or 1967 as a nexus on the continuum of eschatological timing or a timeline.

Not one shred of evidence points to Jesus return within a specific length of time from 1948 or 1967.

I see some have now switched from 1948 as the start point to 1967 as too much time is passing and they don't see events unfolding as they predicted.

Such a shame we don't just shut up and listen to the Lord.

But you are unable to show any scripture in the book of Ezekiel any wars that take place after Ezekiels final war of Gog.

None.
