Despair or Hope ?

What is DESPAIR ? What is HOPE ? 

 

The meaning of despair is the complete loss or absence of hope.

 

While, the meaning of hope is 

a feeling of expectation and desire for a certain thing to happen.

 

If we have considered our lives a  complete loss, it is because our lives are absence of HOPE. 

 

If we say we HOPE, we should consider to EXPECT. If we HAVE HOPE, we HAVE EXPECTATION.

 

How we may have expectation, that we may have HOPE ?

 

Let us hear this:

 

“Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.”

‭‭Romans‬ ‭15‬:‭13‬ ‭KJV‬‬

 

That we heard NOW, not later, but NOW.  For we heard now the God of HOPE fill us with all joy and peace in believing, that we may ABOUND IN HOPE, through the power of the Holy Ghost.

 

Not only, we may have hope, but we abound in hope. Hallelujah.

If we abound in hope, we no longer complete loss of hope or have absence of hope. Yes, we no longer despair. Hallelujah.

 

How may we abound in hope? 

That we heard, that we may abound in hope through the power of the Holy Ghost. 

 

How may we abound in hope through the power of the Holy Ghost? 

 

Beloved ones, for we are encouraged to BELIEVE now the God of Hope fill us with all joy and peace, that we may abound in hope through the power of the Holy Ghost.

 

Beloved ones, let us remember that we may HAVE HOPE, if we FIRST EXPECT. Without expectation, we have no hope and despair. 

 

Beloved ones, for we are encouraged to FIRST EXPECT that we believe the God of Hope fill us with all joy and peace, that we may abound in hope through the power of the Holy Ghost.

 

I remember what sister Basilea Schlink have said before and kept reminding myself.

 

This, she said:

 

“Disappointments come from already wanting to see what we are first meant to lay hold of in faith.”

 

That we may no longer despair or have disappointments in our lives, for WE ARE EXPECTED THAT WE FIRST EXPECT, THAT WE LAY HOLD IN FAITH that NOW the God of Hope fill us with all joy and peace in believing, that we may abound in hope through the power of the Holy Ghost.

 

To God the Father be all glory and thanksgiving through Christ.
