Keep in mind that this took place not only in Eden but in the antediluvian world as well.

A good chance that things then were very different than they are today.

Adam could get to the sea far faster by private jet today (for sure)

The language was different, and early man, communicated in grunts and by making clicking noises.

I've never thought of that before, I guess Adam did not name the sea life.

"And God said it is not good for man to be alone..."

"..but for Adam there was not found a helper comparable to him"

What was happening is finding a helper for Adam,
Adam named her Woman, then later Eve.

I wonder what happens to them if we speak the original names that Adam gave for the animals,
perhaps we'd gain more control or communication.

Now the Lord God had formed out of the ground all the wild animals and all the birds in the sky. He brought them to the man to see what he would name them; and whatever the man called each living creature, that was its name. 20 So the man gave names to all the livestock, the birds in the sky and all the wild animals.

i have three questions: 1 did adam name sealife and how? and do we still call them by those names today?

The Bible is about the Israelites and their beginnings. There were six ice ages, cavemen and other nations long before Abraham who came from another country. The earth is much older than Abraham and the Israelites, and animals had already been named. I am sorry to dissolution you.

The Bible begins long before Abraham and the Israelites existed and covers a good deal of human history before they came into being.

We don't speak the same language as Adam did today.  Adam spoke original language, a language created by God when Adam was formed, something that came to an end on the plains of Shinar.

Yes...the Bible begins with creation, billions of years ago, and we today are like grains of sand on the beach.

TE is discussed over in the science area if you want to take that further. For me, adding apes to men isn't something that fits into the bible.
