High-school students nationwide will take part in a "Day of Truth" to counter homosexual activism and peacefully express a Christian perspective.

During school hours, students will wear "Day of Truth" T-shirts and pass out cards, said the Arizona-based public-interest group Alliance Defense Fund, which is sponsoring the April 27 event.

Outside of class time, the students will present the following message:

I am speaking the Truth to break the silence. Silence isn't freedom. It's a constraint. Truth tolerates open discussion, because the Truth emerges when healthy discourse is allowed. By proclaiming the Truth in love, hurts will be halted, hearts will be healed, and lives will be saved.

See now, this is an excellent way of delivering the message. I don't know anything about this particular organization, but this seems perfect to me-a way to deliver the message, but to do so in peace, love.

This is the way of getting through to people. Compare this now to the way that everyone jumps on Christians when somebody acts violently, and in that scenario, the delivery of the message always fails, and people always end up hurt on both sides-emotionally, and sometimes physically as we've seen. Nobody ever wins that way. But there's hope with a project like this one. Let's just hope the kids participating treat the other kids kindly, with smiles, etc. That's the way of breaking through.

Here is the problem at heart. Instead of winning homosexuals to Christ, we try to eliminate them from the earth with words, violence, and even murder. Are they the only one who has sin in their life? OR, is it a sin that even Christians can't tolerate. If so, then you are UnChristian. My Jesus believes in saving even Homosexuals. What does your Jesus believe in?

I have no problem with a homosexual that realizes that they are living in sin and wants to change but is struggling. What bothers me is when they believe that they are not living in sin. What makes me very upset is when they have their own churches that say that homosexuality is not a sin. How can you be a Child of God and not know what sin is? Does the Holy Spirit not convict a person of sin? If they are not convicted of sin then how can they be pleasing to God?

If my pastor was a pedophile or addicted to pornography, I don't think that I would want him to be my pastor. If he was an adulterer or a drunk I would not want him to be my pastor. I want my pastor to be doing the will of God. I want to see the Holy Spirit working in his life. What I am saying that it is wrong for a Christian to enjoy his sins.

My Jesus loves the homosexual, but he hates the sin. I feel that it is so important for the homosexual to know that they are living in sin. The world is slowly starting to accept it as a life style, but what does the Bible say?( Romans 1:26-27) Would we be loving to let a man live in a lie and not tell him the truth?
